Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Durante la prenotazione, abbiamo esplicitamente chiesto una stanza tranquilla, ma ci è stato assegnato una stanza di connessione. Purtroppo, a causa della sottile separazione, abbiamo sentito gli ospiti vicini parlare e trasferire oggetti tardi nella notte, che ha portato a una notte senza sonno per noi. Sebbene comprendiamo che l'hotel sia stato completamente prenotato quando abbiamo sollevato questo con il desk front, siamo frustrati che non si possa fornire alcuna soluzione o assistenza alternativa al momento.

UUtente ospiteFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

GGuest UserLa camera era spaziosa, confortevole e ben tenuta. Le receptionist sono state molto gentili e accoglienti, rendendo il check-in e qualsiasi richiesta semplice e senza intoppi. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero è stato effettuato e la camera era sempre pulita e in ordine. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole, e ci tornerei volentieri in futuro.

HhalfdotzLa hall è ben decorata con alberi di Natale 🌲 e l'atmosfera è incantevole. C'è solo una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare a lungo. Durante il soggiorno, abbiamo avuto un blackout e il personale non si è degnato di andare a spiegarci come funzionasse. Ci sono ristoranti accanto all'hotel e un po' lontani dalla zona principale, ma nel complesso ok. C'è una palestra, ma l'aria condizionata non era accesa e faceva caldo.

UUtente anonimoIn generale, il soggiorno è stato deludente a causa di vari problemi di manutenzione e pulizia:
Camera di Maestro: il ventilatore del soffitto non lavorava, e ci erano anatre e moschee presenti.
Camera 2: lo specchio è stato rotto.
Sala 3: Non sono stati forniti pendenti.
Generale: il asciugacapelli è stato danneggiato e non può essere utilizzato.
Servizi di ginnastica: il ginnastica è molto in giù, e molte macchine non funzionano.
Toaletta & Linen: Solo i capelli e lo shampoo corporeo sono stati forniti. I tovaglioli erano vecchi e indossati, e le foglie della camera non erano molto pulite.
In una nota positiva, la piscina infinita è bella e ben mantenuta, che abbiamo goduto.
Tuttavia, le questioni sopra citate hanno inciso in modo significativo sul nostro comfort e sull'esperienza generale. È molto necessario un mantenimento adeguato, pulizia e migliore fornitura di servizi di base per gli ospiti futuri.

IilkashongThe location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient.
House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door.
Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by.
The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go.
The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).
