TV in camera non può essere utilizzata. La vecchia madre deve andare giù per guardare la TV nella sala soggiorno. Il suo fine abbastanza comodo e confortevole per sedersi nella vita. Salutare molti ospiti entrando e uscindo haha. Questo è un prezzo molto conveniente. Ristoranti e attrazioni vicini. Grandi soggiorni! Grazie!

Passato una notte qui. La posizione è media, ma ci sono molti posti di parcheggio disponibili. Ci sono anche un 7-Eleven giù, che è molto conveniente. They’re very strict about checkout time, they even called and WhatsApped to remind me 😅. La stanza era confortevole e confortevole.

It was like stepping into haven! The modern colonial decor won me the most. The unit is spacious with rooms made neatly. The toilet and bathroom though quite small, they’re clean. The kitchen unit is complete with utensils, pans, microwave and induction hob for when you choose to prepare simple dishes for your family. Easy navigation to the parking lot. We stayed there for 2 nights and got the chance to hang out at the pool and the beautiful garden. We’ve been to many hotels in Ipoh but this by far was the best in our record. Kudos!

Me and my family had stayed here for many times. And we still prefer to stay here for the strategic location. It’s very convenient for us to go downtown for food and to places of interest. They are all within 10-15min driving. And we realize there are more places of interest around this area nowadays.

Vale il prezzo che paghi! Grande posizione, proprio accanto all'autostrada. Tutto è pulito, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, la camera è bella. È solo che il piccolo frigo non funziona e la pressione dell'acqua è molto lenta. Ma non m'importa davvero. Il servizio di fronte era anche bello. Riconsidererò di rimanere in questo hotel per un breve soggiorno.

Ho prenotato qui perché mio marito ha partecipato all'evento vicino. Per me questo hotel è supervalutato, la pulizia saggio deve migliorare molto. Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
