Hotel vicino a Spiaggia Ain Diab Beach, Casablanca

A beautiful hotel, well designed and well placed to get to the main places to visit in Casablanca. The staff on reception and the concierge were delightful, smiley and cheerful always- we really appreciated it. The dining area staff we encountered were not as cheery or helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, a meagre selection and not appealing. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be served drinks in the morning, hot water, tea and coffee should be on tap for multiple visits during breakfast. The person behind the drinks bar was slow to take and make the orders and not particularly helpful- some cafetières or tea and coffee dispensers would remedy this. The room itself had a few cosmetic imperfections and could do with a deep clean, including the walls. We were surprised to see a lack of bidet showers in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and not in keeping with the culture we were expecting. Finally, the water went off a couple of times and the lifts were not in working on one occasion, both were rectified fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience as we were not able to complete our morning ablutions.

Il personale era utile e amichevole e la posizione era eccellente. Wifi era veloce, letto confortevole e appartamento pulito. È vicino ai supermercati, ai ristoranti, agli shopping ecc. molto facile anche andare in giro e la gente della città era amichevole e disposta ad aiutare quanto necessario, che era grande come era la nostra prima volta in Marocco. L'unico sconto è stato il rumore della costruzione, soprattutto all'inizio della mattina.

Accogliente, con un'ampia varietà di opzioni per la colazione, personale cordiale e servizio attento! Dato che l'indirizzo non era preciso, il proprietario ha mandato un fattorino a guidarci!

Ottimo appartamento, ben localizzato! Vista bellissima dell'oceano e si può vedere la moschea di Hassan. Super consigliato

Questo hotel è molto carino, puoi vedere la cattedrale dal piano superiore. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e il cibo è buono. Anche fare la spesa è molto conveniente

La camera non è affatto insonorizzata e i servizi sono molto vecchi. La colazione è nella media, ma accettabile. Se siete in viaggio d'affari con rimborso aziendale, va bene. Non soggiornate qui per turismo. Ma l'unica cosa positiva della camera è la pulizia. Portatevi i vostri articoli da toeletta e le pantofole. Anche la pulizia è piuttosto buona.

The location is great for walkable everywhere we wanted to go. The room has most of things that we needed. We felt that something can be improved is that the room cleaning person should make sure to fill up little things such as toilet paper, shower towels, and washing soap etc. other than that we are happy to staying.

Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast

Molto ben posizionato vicino alla stazione del tram non lontano dai luoghi di attrazione. Hotel molto pulito e personale molto cordiale ✌️

Va bene, cioè, il bagno è troppo piccolo.
