Hotel vicino a Città vecchia Riga (Vecriga), Riga

La posizione è ottima! Potrai vivere un soggiorno confortevole come se vivessi nel centro storico. Il cibo al ristorante era delizioso e il servizio era buono.

La posizione centrale dell'hotel, nella parte nord-orientale del centro storico di Riga, ha reso molto facile esplorare la città. Eravamo vicini alle principali attrazioni della città e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Casa del Gatto, dal Monumento alla Libertà, dalla Cattedrale di Riga/Duomo e dalla Cattedrale di San Pietro. Abbiamo prenotato la camera senza finestra. Era arredata con molto gusto e il letto era davvero comodo. La stanza era silenziosa ma un po' soffocante e abbiamo avuto la sensazione che l'aria condizionata non fosse abbastanza potente. Tuttavia, abbiamo ritenuto che questa camera avesse comunque un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato il prezzo e la dotazione completa. C'era una macchina da caffè Nespresso, un set per il tè, graziose tazze da tè e un ampio bagno con una doccia molto bella. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che fosse fornito un adattatore da parete, compatibile con le prese di tipo nordamericano. L'hotel si trova in un edificio del XVII secolo e ha un atrio a specchio molto bello. C'è una storia divertente su un cavallo che lanciò un ferro, colpì questo edificio e vi rimase incastrato, così il proprietario lo tenne perché pensava portasse fortuna. L'hotel dispone di un bar nella hall e di un piccolo negozio. Il punto forte di questo hotel è stata la colazione, con una splendida vista sulla città dalla finestra e un'ottima colazione. La colazione comprendeva un piccolo buffet con formaggi, pesce affumicato, pane fresco e altre deliziose scelte. Abbiamo apprezzato la varietà di bevande, come la limonata al rabarbaro e la cioccolata calda. È possibile ordinare un piatto caldo incluso.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quite clean and newly refurbished however there were too many basic errors and design choices / management choices that are not up to the level of the other 5 star hotels in Riga. The mini bar was ridiculously expensive I mean 2 or 3 times as much as other hotels in the city and they had the nerve to charge me for a drink I don’t consume. They have apologised since and I’m waiting on a refund. The tiny tub if almonds were listed for 14 euros for example. No hooks in the bathroom for clothes, no shower screen on the bath, limited buffet options for breakfast but decent Al a carte options, furniture in room not comfortable, no proper wardrobe, rug in the room but covered by the bed, no teapots or large mugs for tea. My advice is only stay if the rate is about 1/2 of the other 5 star hotels in Riga.

Mi è piaciuto molto l'hotel, lo consiglio! Il personale era gentile e parlava russo. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di bollitore, tè, caffè, shampoo e aria condizionata. Parcheggio gratuito in hotel, colazioni deliziose e varie. Non è lontano dal centro a piedi, basta attraversare il ponte. Gli aspetti negativi della camera: scarsa pressione dell'acqua nella doccia, l'acqua impiegava molto tempo a defluire e riempiva rapidamente il bagno.

The hotel has value for money in the old town area of Riga. Check in was smooth and we were able to get into our room quickly to drop off our bags and get to Arena Riga for an ice hockey game with limited time to get there. The location is very central to the sites of Riga's old town and there are some very good restaurants nearby. There are quite a few convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby but they close fairly early. The hotel has a very interesting feeling to it with exposed brick walls and original/restored wood beams and stairs. We appreciated that it also had an elevator to get to the top floor we stayed on. We booked the twin room and had a pleasant stay and the room was quiet enough to get a good night's rest despite the bars nearby. The beds were comfy but the pillows were a little thin. The room had a fully stocked mini bar with decent prices which would help if we got desperate for drinks. There was a large wardrobe and a small work desk in the room too. There were also plugs conveniently placed around the room so we could get all our devices charged. The bathroom was quite large and we appreciated the hot shower and towel warmer. They provide handsoap and a body/hair gel for the shower. The rooms have air conditioning and the windows open to help with the stuffiness. The twin rooms have a slanted ceiling so my short wife had the bed on the slanted side and had no issues. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the variety of food brought out both mornings. They had hot items which changed a bit each day and included an egg omelette, bacon, potatoes, a Latvian pancake and sausages. There was a good spread of cold items too and we are sure a vegetarian would be satisfied with the offerings of vegetables, cheeses, devilled eggs and fruit. The coffee machine made a very good hot chocolate and they also provided juice and water with breakfast. There is a bar behind the check in counter that is open to hotel guests and a nice seating area in the lobby too if you're looking for something more later. There is a sauna at the hotel but we weren't sure if it was open during our stay or what time it did open because there were no hours posted and we didn't get a chance to ask the staff. There is very limited free parking near the hotel and it seemed like the same local parked in front of the hotel each day. We would recommend taking the bus from the airport if you have the time but if you're in a hurry Bolt is pretty affordable in Riga to get around. There are car rentals north of the hotel and Bolt works in old town to book electric scooters and cars which was pretty convenient during our visit in Riga.

L'albero centrale era semplicemente meraviglioso. Era molto pulito, tranquillo e tranquillo. Il personale era fantastico e molto utile, soprattutto Alana che mi ha dato un sacco di buone consigli e informazioni per aiutarmi a trovare il mio modo di andare e quello che veder. I proprietari hanno aggiunto un sacco di bellissimi elementi domestici all'ostello. Sei davvero a casa lì. Il giardino esterno è stato creato bellissimi con potti di fiori e cestini pendenti. Anche all'esterno ci sono zone di seggiolino. La mia camera era fantastica, un comodo letto, un deposito e molte camere.

Hotel davvero incantevole! Caldo e accogliente, design organico, camera pulita e vista fantastica sul centro storico!

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Decent location, a bit far from all the touristy places and stuff. However, the hotel is situated right next to a tram line which is a big bonus. Only downside is that it lacked the amenities, however it was stated upon booking, so I cannot complain.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda, vicino al centro commerciale e alla stazione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus, dal mercato centrale e dalla città vecchia. Il check-in è stato perfetto e utile con la mappa della città fornita. Bollitore, tazze, bustine di tè e caffè sono forniti, nel bagno sono stati forniti shampoo, sapone per le mani, carta velina, cuffia per la doccia. Sarebbe bello se fornissero lozione per il corpo e balsamo per capelli. Purtroppo, le prese di corrente sulla scrivania non sono adatte a un adattatore da viaggio e non ci sono porte USB. Il letto singolo era proprio accanto alla tenda e uno specchio era proprio di fronte al letto, il design della camera era molto strano. C'è una cassetta di sicurezza nella stanza. Ricordatevi di portare le vostre pantofole perché non vengono fornite le pantofole da camera.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno qui. La camera era bella e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti del servizio offerto. Servizi ben tenuti e molto confortevoli. Altamente consigliato!
