Dear Ruby Luxe Hotel Team,I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Vientiane. Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. Buon hotel ben situato, pulito, ordinato con tanti spazi pubblici. Al mattino offrono anche la colazione. Ci tornerei volentieri

📍 Posizione fantastica! Il Vientiane Belle Reve Hotel si trova proprio accanto al famoso mercato notturno. In un solo minuto a piedi, ti immergi nell'atmosfera vivace del lungofiume del Mekong. La sera puoi gustare salsicce laotiane alla griglia e gelato al cocco, e poi tornare in camera in pochi passi, sentendoti completamente al sicuro. Per qualche centinaio di yuan, puoi avere una camera pulita e ordinata. Trovare un rapporto qualità-prezzo simile nel centro di Vientiane è davvero difficile. La prossima volta che verrò, sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel!

Il servizio valeva il prezzo. Ero molto contenta che tutto fosse pulito. Le donne pulivano sempre, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. C'era un uomo anziano che continuava a parlarmi di cose che non capivo, quindi fate attenzione. Ho anche avuto delle punture di zanzara molto pruriginose nella hall, in cucina e a letto.

Hotel pulitissimo e super centrale, l’unica cosa è che per andare al quarto piano ci sono solo le scale e se hai una valigia pesante non è il massimo.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

L'hotel è fantastico e molto pulito, e la piscina sul tetto è bellissima.

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

La stanza era pulita, ma il resto non trovava gel da bagno, ma era molto lontano dalla stazione di bus Talad Sao se volevi camminare, ma era chiusa con il magazzino del Grande C dipartimento.
