Hotel vicino a Biblioteca di Sunkyung, Suwon

Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

The Marevo Hotel is surprisingly comfy and low-key classy. Room was clean, modern and had everything we needed without trying too hard. Location is super convenient, staff is sweet, and the vibes are calm and cozy. Nothing over the top, just a really good stay that makes you want to come back

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions. My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back. All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs. If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

Pulito vicino alla fermata della metro e a due passi dalla movida

Tra le sistemazioni in cui avevo intenzione di soggiornare, questa mi sembrava la più comoda, con uno sconto e buone recensioni. Era vicina alla stazione, aveva un parcheggio gratuito, un'offerta esagerata e un letto matrimoniale con cancellazione gratuita, quindi l'ho prenotata. La camera era spaziosa e più luminosa di quanto mi aspettassi (molte recensioni dicevano che fosse buia), il che mi è piaciuto molto. A differenza di altri hotel che offrono servizi per una persona, questa aveva solo il detersivo in comune e tutto il resto doveva essere acquistato alla reception, quindi non mi ha dato la sensazione di essere lussuoso. Tuttavia, il bagno era pulito e l'arredamento generale non era eccessivamente appariscente. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene, ma il riscaldamento sembrava non funzionare, quindi faceva un po' freddo di notte. Ho chiesto che non mi dessero una camera in fondo alla stanza, ma sono rimasto deluso. Era comunque un piano alto. Aveva solo una piccola vista sulla città, ma era meglio che essere bloccati. Non so perché avessero un portatile, però. La connessione internet era scarsa e incredibilmente lenta, rendendo difficile anche solo svolgere le attività più basilari. Il personale è stato cordiale e, quando non c'erano, hanno risposto rapidamente alla mia chiamata. Gli orari di check-in e check-out erano ragionevoli, il che è stato positivo. Ah. Questo potrebbe essere inevitabile, ma il frigorifero è già troppo piccolo... Gli scomparti sulla porta si sovrappongono, quindi non c'è spazio per altri. Sarebbe anche bello avere più luci, per consentire diverse regolazioni dell'illuminazione.

This was my first visit to Suwon, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, looked just like the photos, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. I arrived late, but check-in was easy, and the staff were very kind and helpful even though I don’t speak Korean. One evening, I wanted to order Korean fried chicken but couldn’t use the local delivery apps, so the front desk helped me place the order. I really appreciated their help and enjoyed eating the chicken in my room. There are restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and it was easy to take a taxi to Suwon Hwaseong. I would stay here again.

Camera abbastanza ampia e pulita comoda alla stazione. Nelle vicinanze molto locali. Ragazzo alla reception davvero gentile e disponibile. Tutto perfetto. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

호텔 위치는 영통역에서 두블럭정도 거리여서 전철이용하기 용이하고, 주변에 음식점이 많아 괜찮은 위치입니다. 내가 묵었던 객실에 창문은 있어도 바로 옆건물이 있어서 뷰를 기대할 순 없습니다. 침대와 가운에 머리카락이 많이나와 청결도는 낮은수준이고, 방안온도는 따듯해서 잠자는것은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 방안에 조명을 끄는 장치가 고징나 안꺼져서 카드를 빼서 전체 조명을 끈 후 잠을 자야했던 것은 ....... 그냥 그랬습니다.
