Hotel vicino a Stadio Olimpico di Pyeongchang, Pyeongchang

If you’re someone who wants to escape the busy city life and experience real home-cooked Korean food, this is the perfect place for you. Staying here feels like visiting a Korean family home rather than just booking an accommodation. The owner is incredibly kind, polite, and warm. They treated us like their own kids, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. You can truly feel their sincerity. The house is so peaceful and perfect for a family day gathering. There are so many facilities provided, honestly, just name it! Everything you need is already there. The owner also made our trip so much easier in so many ways, and I’m genuinely so thankful for that.To all Malaysians and anyone from other countries — please, please come and stay at this house! I would give it 100/10 without hesitation. 🤍

Il luogo di lucidi della caravana, che è così comodo come un hotel. Era la mia prima volta con i miei figli, così ho avuto un buon riposo nel posto che ho trovato cercando qualcosa di carino. Pioveva e non ho visto le stelle, ma pioveva e sembrava più elegante. L'aria mattinata dopo la pioggia è più fresca, il tempo è freddo, il riscaldamento del pavimento è anche possibile, e il dormitorio di vetro guarda fuori, fuori, ed è anche una nuova esperienza. I film che guardate con le lampade di notte sono buoni, e le noodles per colazione sono le migliori nel tempo freddo! Voglio andare di nuovo la prossima volta in un'altra stagione.

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.

The staff is so friendly and kind. That’s the first impression. I was surprised with room that is cozy, well equipped and clean, even though it’s a budget hotel. The hotel is surrounded by convenient store, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s located around 600m from Phoenix Park Pyeongyang. This hotel is recommended the most.

성인 3명, 반려견 2마리와 함께 애견동반 객실(테라스동)을 이용했습니다. 시설 규모와 객실 구성은 4성급 호텔에 걸맞은 수준이었으나, 서비스와 운영 측면에서는 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 전반적인 경험을 고려하면 체감상 4성급보다는 3성급 수준에 가까웠습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 체크인 과정이었습니다. 애견동반 객실 이용객은 호텔 로비에서 체크인을 해야 하지만, 정작 로비는 반려견 출입이 불가능합니다. 이에 대한 사전 안내나 대기 공간 안내가 전혀 없었으며, 현장에서는 담당 팀장으로부터 단순히 밖으로 나가달라는 말만 들었습니다. 고객 입장에서 대안을 안내받지 못한 채 이동을 요구받는 상황은 매우 불쾌했으며, 4성급 호텔에서 기대하는 응대 수준과는 거리가 멀었습니다. 반면 일부 직원들은 반려견 동반 고객에 대한 이해도가 높고 친절하게 응대해 주었습니다. 다만 개인 직원의 친절함과 별개로, 호텔 차원의 운영 기준과 서비스 매뉴얼은 부족하게 느껴졌습니다. 애견동반 객실을 운영한다면 이에 맞는 동선, 안내 체계, 고객 응대 기준이 갖춰져 있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 객실 상태도 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 소파에서 이전 투숙객 반려견의 배변 흔적으로 보이는 얼룩이 발견되었으며, 반려견 동반 시 필요한 주의사항이나 시설 이용 안내도 충분하지 않았습니다. 애견동반 호텔임에도 반려견을 위한 어메니티나 프로그램은 거의 찾아보기 어려웠고, 전반적으로 반려동물 동반 고객에 대한 이해도가 높지 않다는 인상을 받았습니다. 주방 시설이 갖춰져 있음에도 취사를 위한 기본 조리도구가 전혀 제공되지 않았습니다. 또한 조식 레스토랑은 직원이 1명뿐이어서 테이블 정리와 음식 관리가 원활하게 이루어지지 않았습니다. 시설 투자에 비해 운영 인력이 부족하다는 점이 여러 부분에서 드러났습니다. 청결 관리 역시 개선이 필요합니다. 욕조 배수구에는 머리카락이 다수 엉켜 있었고, 테라스에는 담배꽁초가 남아 있었습니다. 객실 청소와 외부 공간 관리가 충분히 이루어졌다고 보기 어려웠습니다. 종합적으로 시설 자체는 만족스러운 편이지만, 서비스 품질, 운영 체계, 청결 관리, 애견동반 고객에 대한 이해도는 4성급 호텔 수준에 미치지 못했습니다. 특히 애견동반 호텔을 표방한다면 시설뿐 아니라 고객 경험 전반에 대한 개선이 필요해 보입니다.

We went skiing at Alpensia and stayed at this hotel. The front desk helped us book a taxi for around 13,000 won one way, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to find food and drinks. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

지난 번 엄마와 함께 묵고 좋았던 기억에 이번엔 친구랑 오대산 트레킹을 위해 예약했아요. 오래된 건물이라서 구석구석 손 봐야 할 곳이 있어보이지만 정감있고 편안하고 무엇보다 좋은 공기와 쏟아지는 별을 구경하는 일은 오랫동안 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 산책하면서 귀여운 동물 친구도 볼 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요 ! 오대산의 아름다운 풍경이 다시 그리워지는 날에 또 묵고 가겠습니다 :)

Vivere nella Blue Tower Sky Suite è stata una grande esperienza! Ci è stato un piacere 4-day, 3-night soggiornare senza ritardi durante il check-out. La suite è situata in una passeggiata verso la casa sciistica 5-minute e circa 10-minute passeggiata verso la piazza centrale, dove possiamo fare shopping presso il negozio di comodità (aperto fino a mezzanotte) e visitare il negozio di gioco per giocare con i bambini. I nostri figli amavano davvero le attività di giorno e di notte, ma guidare nella neve richiedeva una attenzione speciale, poiché la macchina in affitto aveva quattro pneumatici stagionali ma non catene. In generale, era un viaggio meraviglioso e memorabile!

Il manager era amichevole Non c'è finestra nella stanza, quindi la ventilazione è difficile Sento un po'di odore sulla pigiama. Non è facile sbloccare. La rete non è aperta e chiusa.

Mi sono fermato per una notte durante il mio viaggio a Gangwon-do, così ho fatto una prenotazione in fretta e sono entrato nella stanza tardi la sera, così non potevo fermarmi in dettaglio. L'ingresso era buio alla notte, quindi ero un po' esitante. Il personale del contornato ha risposto gentilmente. La stanza era pulita e calda, quindi ho dormito bene. Non c'è negozio di comodità nell'ostello, quindi devi acquistarlo in anticipo presso un negozio di comodità 5-10 minuti di distanza.
