Hotel vicino a Porto di Busan Nord, Pusan

La camera era molto spaziosa, con una smart TV a schermo piatto per l'intrattenimento. Disponeva di un angolo cottura e di una lavatrice con funzione asciugatrice. Ho apprezzato il soggiorno all'HLB e la stazione della metropolitana di Yeonsan è a soli 2 minuti a piedi. La palestra è piuttosto nuova e ben tenuta. Tuttavia, l'accesso alla sauna è a pagamento, nonostante si sia ospiti dell'hotel.

L'hotel si trova proprio di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus, molto vicino all'uscita 5 (ascensore) della metropolitana Haeundae, il che è molto comodo per chi ha bagagli ingombranti. È possibile raggiungere l'hotel anche con l'autobus n. 1001 dalla stazione di Busan per chi arriva a Busan con l'HSR, tuttavia questo autobus non consente ai passeggeri di portare bagagli di grandi dimensioni a causa dello spazio ristretto all'interno. C'è un passaggio circolare per entrare nell'hotel, e questo è stato il punto critico perché le indicazioni fornite da Trip.com suggerivano di entrare dall'ingresso laterale. Non c'è nessun logo del W Residences Hotel né dall'ingresso laterale né dal passaggio circolare. Tuttavia, da qui si riesce a vedere il nome dell'hotel, distinguendolo dagli altri hotel menzionati. Il principale svantaggio è che l'hotel non offre il servizio di pulizia gratuito (bisogna pagare 20.000 won al giorno per la pulizia) e bisogna ricordarsi di mettere la spazzatura fuori dalla camera e gli asciugamani sporchi al mattino, per poi contattare la reception tramite WhatsApp per lo smaltimento. Non sono del tutto sicuro che sia prassi comune negli hotel coreani non pulire la camera se non su richiesta (a pagamento o gratuita), dato che tutti e tre gli hotel prenotati tramite Trip.com a Incheon, Seoul e Busan si comportavano così (solo il W Residences Hotel faceva pagare la pulizia). Sono anche abbastanza sicuro che in tutti e tre gli hotel non cambiassero le lenzuola. Quindi, per motivi igienici, forse è meglio soggiornare al massimo 2-3 giorni per hotel, dato che personalmente preferisco che il materasso venga pulito quotidianamente. Altrimenti, perché dovrei pagare così tanto per un servizio che non mi soddisfa? Il servizio è stato piuttosto buono, il personale parla un ottimo inglese ed è stato molto scrupoloso e gentile fin dal primo giorno. Ci hanno anche fornito una copia cartacea delle procedure operative standard da seguire. Acqua e asciugamani sono disponibili solo su richiesta dalle 9:00 alle 23:00, altrimenti non c'è personale. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli vicino alla reception al momento del check-out, prima di lasciare Busan. C'è un frigorifero, un fornello (non posso cucinare cibi dall'odore forte, quindi non ci proverò nemmeno visto che ci sono molti ristoranti fuori e il mercato notturno di Haeundae è molto vicino), un forno a microonde, posate ecc. Non sono disponibili né caffè né tè. Nel complesso, non mi dispiacerebbe soggiornare di nuovo in questo hotel se dovessi tornare a Busan, ma potrei anche voler provare altri hotel nello stesso edificio, dato che a quanto pare ce ne sono parecchi (l'edificio è progettato come un complesso di appartamenti).

Confortevole e in ottima posizione. Il prezzo, la posizione e le condizioni della camera erano perfetti per godersi Haeundae. Anche se non abbiamo ordinato cibo, offrono anche la consegna a domicilio, il che lo rende perfetto per un viaggio in famiglia. C'è anche un minimarket nelle vicinanze, quindi ci torneremo sicuramente. Ottimo.

The hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

L'hotel è estremamente reattivo grazie alla piattaforma Trip.com. È disponibile un deposito bagagli. L'hotel invierà la password del gate e il numero della camera prima del vostro arrivo. La posizione è comodissima, vicina al centro commerciale Lotte e a due famosi ristoranti.

Il personale è molto bello, utile e amichevole. La stanza era pulita, l'aria condizionata era buona, il letto era comodo. Molto consigliabile. Tornera'! P.s. raccolgono souvenirs da tutto il mondo così non esitate a portare un magnete o la valuta del vostro paese 😇

La stanza è molto bella, fornita di tutto il necessario. Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel. Ti permettono anche di lasciare i bagagli in una zona sicura sia se arrivi prima sia dopo il check out. Forse la posizione non mi ha entusiasmato perché è un po’ troppo turistica. Ma si possono raggiungere delle aree tranquille e carine a piedi. Lo consiglierei

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
