I recently completed a **6-night stay** at Hotel Vischio Toyama, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the experience was seamless and incredibly comfortable.
### Outstanding Service
The **front desk receptionists** deserve a special mention. They were consistently professional, polite, and went out of their way to be helpful. Whether it was handling check-in or assisting with local inquiries, their hospitality made me feel truly welcome.
### Room & Amenities
The accommodations exceeded my expectations:
* **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay.
* **Space:** Unlike many city hotels in Japan, the room felt notably spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and manage luggage.
* **Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need was provided. The amenities were thoughtful and complete, ensuring a ”home away from home” feel.
### Unbeatable Location
The location is perhaps the hotel's strongest selling point:
* **Transport:** It is situated **directly next to Toyama Station**, making it the perfect base for exploring the region or catching the Shinkansen.
* **Convenience:** The hotel sits right above a vibrant **shopping mall**.
* **Dining:** You are spoiled for choice with **numerous eateries** located just floors below the hotel, offering everything from quick bites to authentic local cuisine.
**Verdict:** If you are visiting Toyama, stay here. The combination of professional service, pristine rooms, and a central location makes it the best choice in the city. **Highly recommended!**

UUtente ospiteWe have a comfortable stay in this hotel for 3 nights. Close to the station and 7-Eleven is just downstairs. Super convenient. It's an ideal stop if you travel to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. We booked a double-bedded room and the room size is reasonable. Room is clean and tidy. Bed and pillows are comfortable and we slept very well.

La stanza è pulita, l'hotel è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Toyama, che rende molto conveniente per viaggiare intorno alla zona Toyama. Non ho nulla di male a dire di questo hotel in generale, anche se ho prenotato una piccola stanza, ma non credo che sia una piccola. Ha più di spazio sufficiente per imballare un grande bagaglio. Inoltre, il prezzo è molto economico per una stanza come questa. Sarà certamente tornato un giorno!

UUtente anonimoSolo a pochi passi dalla uscita della stazione Toyama, giri a sinistra e poi salire un escalatore, l'hotel è a sinistra. Ho soggiornato per un nido a Toyama. Prima di uscire dall'hotel, sono andato a Iwasehama Beach. Sono riuscito a tornare a Toyama a bordo di un tram 0831. Quando sono arrivato alla stazione @Toyama era 0901. Grazie per la buona parte ho prenotato questo hotel e senza perdere il mio treno @0925 a Osaka. Molto raccomandato. Se torno a Toyama, sicuramente rimarrà a @ questo hotel. Inoltre, anche molti cibi intorno all'hotel.

FflubberAbout 8 mins walk from Toyama Station, which is close enough if you don’t have too much luggage. But in the full summer heat it can be quite difficult.
The hotel is slightly dated but very clean. Laundry and dryer are on the 5th floor. You need your own laundry detergent. Lawson conbini is right across the road so it is easy to get snacks and essentials.
Room is clean and sized well for what you pay for.

UUtente ospiteBefore trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully).
For this hotel, the facilities is very well and various such as public bath, electric body massage machine, vending machine.
For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.

NNatty PeanutIt is very old hotel and difficult to find out by driving. Hotel sign not much clear and the photo in application not the true. No free parking car. There are parking rental near hotel. It is easy and near to walk to toyama station. Can walk to find some food and convenience store not too far. Staff kindness but she can’t speak English!. We can drop the key if early check out. It is ok if want to stay for go to tateyama station.
