Hotel vicino a Strada Panoramica, Biei-chō

The owner was a very friendly host in this small alpine style guesthouse. The house was very clean and spacious and a great breakfast for a small additional charge.

Ottima struttura! Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli sia per il check in che per il check out e non è affatto una cosa scontata, dato che ci è capitato davvero poche volte anche nelle strutture di lusso, quindi tanto di cappello! Location meravigliosa, immersa nella natura con la foresta in parte molto suggestiva. Intera struttura e camera pulitissime e ristrutturate bene in tipico stile giapponese con tatami, bambù e tantissimi dettagli di lavorazioni artigianali in legno. Onsen sia pubblico che privato (noi ce l’avevamo in camera, all’aperto direttamente sul bosco innevato) da sogno; uno dei più belli che abbiamo visto finora (ne abbiamo già visti diversi sempre privati e all’aperto). Il clima che si respira è molto intimo e familiare, ti fa sentire a tuo agio e coccolato. La colazione e la cena da 7 su 10, buona ma non eccellente. L’unica nota negativa è la rigidità (tipica di molti giapponesi) sul rispetto rigoroso degli orari: se non arrivate in tempo per la cena e non avvisate non mangerete anche se l’avete già pagata, per il check out attenzione perché dovrete pagare un supplemento che aumenterà per ogni 10 minuti di ritardo. Ma, se vi attenete rigorosamente alle loro regole (come abbiamo fatto noi) non avrete problemi e vivrete un soggiorno da sogno, anche se un po’ stressante per noi italiani con le imposizioni degli orari soprattutto. Nel complesso, molto consigliata!

I am very satisfied with the stay, tatami room is clean and comfortable,the buffet dinner and breakfast are moderate in selection but high in quality. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, using fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavours. Not your typical crowded buffet — more of a calm, refined dining experience. Simple, but really satisfying.

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

La nostra famiglia di quattro ha trascorso due notti nel Camp All Season, e questo è stato facilmente uno dei punti di forza del nostro viaggio Hokkaido. Noi ci piaceva spendere il tempo BBQ sotto le stelle, creando ricordi familiari che apprezzeremo per anni. Uno degli sperimenti di stand-out era il Music Barn. In quanto entusiasta della musica, mio marito era sorpreso dalla raccolta di record e CD accuratamente curata. E' evidente che molta passione era andata alla costruzione della raccolta. Seduto indietro e ascoltare la musica in uno spazio così pensato, mi sentivo come se fossi accolto a casa di un compagno di musica. L'alloggio stesso era eccezionalmente pulito, confortevole e ben mantenuto. Tutti i dettagli sembravano attentamente considerati, dall'arredamento della casa alle strutture fornite agli ospiti. Gli ospiti hanno chiaramente messo molta attenzione a garantire ai visitatori di sentirsi rilassati e confortevoli durante il loro soggiorno. Quello che ci ha colpito più è stato l'autentica cura e l'attenzione dietro ogni aspetto dell'alloggio. Che si tratti di ospitalità calda, di esperienze uniche, o di mantenimento accurato della proprietà, tutto rifletteva un profondo impegno a creare un'esperienza memorabile degli ospiti. Questa è stata la nostra prima visita al Camp All Season, ma certamente non sarà la nostra ultima. Grazie per aver creato un posto speciale per le famiglie e i viaggiatori. Lasceremo con molte meravigliose memorie e guardiamo con ansia di tornare in futuro. Molto raccomandato per chiunque cercasse un'esperienza pacifica, autentica e memorabile di Hokkaido.

This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight 1. Affordable cost. 2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace 3. Beautiful snowy farm view 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point 6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother 7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests 8. Spacious parking space However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor.. The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.

Il nostro hotel è stato scelto per la vicinanza alla pioggia di Shiragone e alla poppa blu di Biei. Abbiamo una camera giapponese con 2 letti singoli e un'area tatami per il futon. I letti potevano essere aggiornati. Le mattine erano vecchie e l'altezza dei letti era molto inferiore a quella disponibile nella maggior parte degli hotel. Il piccolo bagno è molto più alto del piano della camera, deve essere attento quando entra e esce, soprattutto di notte. La cena e il colazione erano stili di buffet e una buona diffusione. Il ristorante è moderno e offre una bella vibrazione. C'è un volo di scali dall'alto all'area di accoglienza, una sfida per coloro che hanno valigie pesanti. Grazie a Dio, abbiamo avuto l'aiuto di un personale dell'hotel.

I had the wonderful stay at the Morinoshizuku Rin hotel. The place is absolutely awesome, located near Shirahige Waterfall — only 5 minutes walk. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus service to the famous Blue Pond. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a very delicious local food.

The place is very conveniently located near the train station. The room is spacious and clean! It was a very comfortable stay. The host is also very friendly.

The hotel is located in the middle of the grass field, very quiet at the night. views from your room and toilet were amazon. highly recommended. it is well located, only 5 mins driving from main town with lot of food options.
