EErica tayStai qui durante il mio viaggio e in generale è stata una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel è molto pulito e moderno, e la posizione è eccellente con facile accesso alle attrazioni Minatomirai. La vista dall'hotel è anche molto piacevole, soprattutto alla notte 🌃
Il personale era gentile e il servizio era tranquillo per tutta la stanza.
Tuttavia, una cosa da notare è che l'hotel è piuttosto rigoroso con il calendario di check-out. Ho chiesto un check-out tardivo (anche solo un'ora), ma non è stato consentito. Quindi pianificate correttamente il vostro calendario per evitare di fretta.
In generale, ancora un grande hotel e lo consiglierei per la sua pulizia, posizione e comfort 👍

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato 2 camere per una famiglia di 5 persone. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade durante il check-in, che piacevole sorpresa. La posizione era fantastica, con la linea ferroviaria Minatomirai proprio accanto. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto al molo, a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Vicino al magazzino di mattoni rossi.
Ci torneremo sicuramente se saremo in città.

SSaurabh761Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni. 2 adulti e 1 bambino. La posizione dell'hotel è ovviamente lontana dal centro di Tokyo, ma è un compromesso che eravamo disposti a fare per soggiornare in una stanza più comoda e spaziosa. Ci sono due stazioni della metropolitana nelle vicinanze (una più vicina, l'altra a 20 minuti a piedi). Entrambi i percorsi pedonali attraversano un centro commerciale e un percorso coperto con marciapiedi mobili installati. I centri commerciali nelle vicinanze e il museo dei cup noodle erano fantastici. Molte opzioni per mangiare e cenare. E il centro di Tokyo era a 40 minuti di metropolitana. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. Puoi anche prendere una limousine dall'aeroporto dalla reception dell'hotel al livello 1 e ci sono comodi divani per aspettare l'orario del check-in o dopo il check-out.

Llxdee_2486Great budget stay for the solo traveler! The place was always thoroughly clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
It took some getting used to since it was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. For instance, no outside shoes in the capsule area: disposable slippers are provided once you arrive, so switch to those affter putting down your luggage. If you need an extra pair, you can grab one at the front desk. Also, your locker key has a QR code attached, so that you can scan to enter the capsule, locker, and shower areas. I kept forgetting to walk with it just going to the locker room, which you need the QR code to access! Thankfully, other guests would open the door for me since we shared the same space.
One thing to note is the cleaning time between 11 AM and 3 PM: the capsules are unusable since they change the sheets, make the beds, etc., so it's best to be out in the city exploring or down in the lobby. Any bottles you leave in front of your capsule might be considered trash when they clean, so if you want to keep your drinks, keep them in the locker.
If you have several personal items on your bed inside the capsule, depending on what it is, they may not enter to change the bedding, etc. so keep that in mind. They also provide sleepwear, disposable toothbrush and mini toothpaste, bath and hand/face towels in a small bag that they replace each day! There are proper places to return used sleepwear and towels (large laundry bags are clearly marked), same with trash disposal.
There is a shower area with separate stalls. Many people tend to shower at night, so if you don't want to wait, it's best to shower before the cleaning time in the morning, or before 10 PM. Some girls would shower (and sometimes wash their hair), so it's common for many people to be in the showers late at night, even after midnight! Thankfully, there are small couches in this area, so no need to stand and wait.
Also, the lockers are a bit tiny and narrow (see pic with disposable slippers), but I assume they are the standard for capsule hotels. They are the main storage for small items; luggage (like suitcases) is stored in an adjacent room.
All in all, I would stay there again! Very close to Yokohama station, there are several restaurants, a few Family Marts and a Lawson's are within walking distance, as well as a mall called VIVRE with about 8 floors to browse.

TthesoleconceptFirst time in Japan, so I chose this hotel based on location and price, with my desire for higher floor rooms for a view. I stayed near Shinagawa station, and also in Osaka, all with the same budget per night. This hotel was the best of the 3, very nice facilities and amenities (7/11 in the lobby!!), with a spacious room. I'd probably pass on the buffet breakfast next time, but that's just me, there was a wide selection for everyone. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in that area.
