Hotel vicino a Hamanako Pal Pal, Hamamatsu

The whole experience was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was spacious enough for my family, as there were 3 of us. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food. Location was well situated as it's within walking distance to the train station.

The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean and plenty of space even after opening 2 luggages. The queen bed is huge and very comfortable. Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Free wifi is very strong. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange). There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter. Will stay again

I had a little accident and the staff were very helpful. They called the police for us and showed their concerns to my issue. The breakfast was simple yet adequate. Of course, it is not a grand hotel but given the price, it is worth staying there.

Vivo qui ogni anno. Le strutture dell'hotel sono fondamentalmente vecchi tipi, ci sono alcune disturbi, ma la posizione è buona, la colazione di autobus è magnifica, quindi ripeto. Questa volta mi sento deluso, non tutti, ma la qualità dei dipendenti è diminuita?Penso. Soprattutto quando ho la mia colazione preferita di auto-supporto, è lontano dalla fine del tempo. Anche se voglio mangiare qualcosa di più, il personale ha iniziato a ridurre il cibo con un impulso sorprendente. Lavoro con un alto rumore, pensavo che il suono della pulizia dei piatti sarebbe suonato, o quando mangio, il personale lavorava nella posizione della lavastoviglie.Un po'di occupazione, molto 々, e'una colazione di auto-assistenza, non so perche' è incomoda. Purtroppo, circa l'80% della residenza dell'hotel è colazione di auto-assistenza.

快適に過ごせました。が、チェックイン後部屋に入ると入り口に前の宿泊客のスーツケースが残っていました。電話をして取りに来られましたが、さっさとスーツケースを受け取り。あまり気持ちのいい対応ではありませんでした。

This hotel easily has one of the best value to money ratio that I've seen. The facility is well equiped, clean and well-run. The room itself is quite cozy and even provides a decent amount of privacy for a capsule hotel. The spa at the hotel is pleasant, it has a public bath, sauna, room for relaxation and very good shared space. I didn't have the opportunity to try everything, but what I tried - I found to be quite well. As a bonus - the facility is located pretty much in the middle of Hamamatsu with everything you need being in a walking distance, including train station and some of the best restaurants the city has to offer. If I ever go back to Hamamatsu - I would seriously consider staying here once more

酒店在濱松站前，步行200m左右可以到達，臨近新幹線站台側。 酒店沒有自己的停車場，需要自己尋找車位，附近一晚大概700-900 酒店畢竟酒店畢竟身處繁華地段，又比較靠前新幹線的站台，所以説每到新幹線經過的時候會有一些震動和噪音，這一點是比較難以忽略。衞生方面有日本酒店一如既往的乾淨。酒店服務還可以，前台很熱情。

La stanza è grande e pulita, cospa è buona.Il colazione è anche molto soddisfacente.Io e un amico chiese due camere singole, ma ero assegnata ad una stanza, una stanza sul mare e sulla montagna. Ci sono differenze assolute nella visione, quindi in questo caso, se le montagne e il mare sono le stesse condizioni, sarò molto grato.

Great stay for a solo traveler! I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had complete amenities — everything I needed was provided. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there’s a convenience store right next door, which made it super easy to grab food and essentials anytime. What really impressed me was how quiet it was inside, even though it’s right by a city road. I barely heard any traffic noise, which made my stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city. I would definitely come back.

Everything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts. Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm. Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread. Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy. I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
