Hotel vicino a Stazione di Fujisan, Fujiyoshida

My stay here was truly memorable. The room was traditionally Japanese and very comfortable. The host was always kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Bicycles were freely available for guests, which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the area, I was able to cycle around the lake in just a few hours, and the views were absolutely stunning. If you’re feeling motivated, I highly recommend waking up before sunrise and biking about 20 minutes to the Chureito Pagoda. Watching the sun rise behind Mount Fuji from there is a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. This stay will remain one of the most touching and special memories of my time in Japan.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è incantevole, con un elegante giardino giapponese. Il servizio è eccellente e la colazione e la cena sono di prima classe. I miei suoceri sono rimasti entusiasti dell'hotel e molto soddisfatti. Se dovessimo tornare a Kawaguchiko, sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

È stato un soggiorno perfetto a Bessho Sasa mia famiglia e ho apprezzato il servizio eccellente che il personale ha fornito alla mia famiglia (ho viaggiato con la mia vecchia madre 88-year, quindi abbiamo avuto un sacco di necessità) con. Ho lasciato alcuni oggetti nella stanza e immediatamente mi avevano mandato a Tokyo. I pranzi ogni notte erano molto ben preparati, ogni giorno erano divertenti con tante attività. Il taiko spettacolo è stato fatto così professionalemente che mi sorprende che i tamburi fossero tutti i membri del personale del resort!! Mi piacerebbe rivisitare il resort un giorno.

Received the instructions to check in days before our stay, and instructions are super clear. The house is very clean, and comes with everything we need - stove, washer and other basics. Ground floor is the living hall and bathroom, upstairs there’s one bedroom and outer area where are floor bed are placed. We went there with average temperature of 4 degrees so the floor were freezing cold and it took a while to activate the heat. Location wise pretty good, right opposite there’s a 7-11, and down the street 10-15 mins walk there’s the Hikawa Clock Shop, but we don’t see any restaurant nearby maybe because we were there during New Year closure

This hotel is amazing, it didn’t even mention online that it has an Onsen and some of the rooms have a perfect view of Mount Fuji. There is only 10 minute walk to Fuji-Q highland although unfortunately the weather was so bad we couldn’t see Mount Fuji or anything for that matter, and also could not go to Fuji-Q Highland because of the weather. With that said the hotel does not make the weather, it is pretty convenient, although the walk may be a bit far for older persons. Thankyou very much for our stay, we will return in 2028 as our trip to Japan has been so good that we are planning our return already. Hopefully we can do the stuff we missed out on this time.

Good - The cabins are well insulated for weather & noise. Well appointed with pyjamas, towels, various bathroom supplies (extra can be obtained from snack room) complimentary noodles or frozen meals & bottled water/beer. The beds were soft & comfortable. The cabins were spotless.Equiped with a/c, air purifier & fan heater. In a quiet area of the neighbourhood. Great view of Mt Fuji from the rooftop balcony. Short walk to restaurants & 7/11. Average - I had difficulty completing the pre arrival registration however the staff quickly responded to emails helping me through the process. There are e-bikes & scooters for hire onsite. But you must have access to a Japanese phone number to register the app to hire them. Tourist Sim & pocket wifi don't allow a phone number it is data only. Bad - it is further away from the train station than shown on Google maps - allow 1.6klm to either Fujisan or Fuji-Q stations. The carpark is dirt. The cars or wind make a lot of dust. When raining or wet the dirt turns muddy making your shoes & suitcase dirty.

I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

Sono rimasto molto colpito da questa sistemazione. Svegliarsi con una vista mozzafiato sul Monte Fuji dalla mia camera è stato fantastico. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. Il punto forte era l'onsen, che offre sia una vasca interna (due vasche) che una esterna dove è possibile godersi la vista del Monte Fuji mentre si è immersi. Consiglio di andarci intorno alle 6 del mattino; è meno affollato e più riservato, dato che la struttura è aperta al pubblico, quindi può essere un po' affollato. Per chi ha un'auto, arrivare qui è molto comodo. Il personale della reception è stato gentile; sebbene parlassero solo un po' di inglese, hanno fatto del loro meglio per comunicare e aiutare. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, il ristorante al piano inferiore serviva piatti deliziosi, soprattutto i piatti di manzo. Molti giapponesi frequentano questo ristorante. Un piccolo suggerimento: la lavanderia ha solo due lavatrici e due asciugatrici, il che potrebbe non essere sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti, e il prezzo per lavaggio è piuttosto alto. Nel complesso, è un ottimo posto dove soggiornare, soprattutto se si ha un'auto e si desidera una splendida vista sul Monte Fuji.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte sul Monte Fuji. L'hotel si trova proprio accanto al parco divertimenti. Avevamo una baita in legno con un onsen privato con vista sulla foresta, quindi non sentivamo alcun rumore dalla strada, anche se si sentono benissimo i vicini dal secondo piano. Soprattutto al mattino, quando tutti iniziano a scendere le scale... La camera d'albergo è semplice, il letto è comodo. L'asciugacapelli è una vera barzelletta, se avete i capelli lunghi portatevene uno, altrimenti ci mettete un'eternità. La cosa più piacevole di questo hotel è ovviamente l'onsen. La colazione è al di sotto della media. Abbiamo soggiornato durante le festività nazionali, quindi abbiamo pagato il triplo del prezzo, non posso dire che ne valesse la pena, ma con il prezzo originale dovrebbe essere ok.

I arrived late at night from Fuji Station and had to pay 3,700 yen for a taxi. I was surprised when I got there because the house was located on a hill and the road was very dark. I asked the taxi driver to wait while I walked down to check. Luckily, the lights were on and I found the host waiting to welcome us warmly, even though it was already late. Owner had already prepared hot water and asked what time we would like to take a bath. She even guided us to a small onsen. The host was very attentive and kind. Although the place looked a bit scary at night from the outside, the inside was very warm and cozy. When I woke up the next morning, I felt completely rested. The room was clean, and the host’s hospitality made the whole experience feel so worthwhile. I felt like the money I spent was totally worth it—it gave me not only comfort but also beautiful memories. The atmosphere was like staying in a countryside vacation home—quiet, peaceful, and heartwarming. If you’re planning to rent a car, this is definitely a place I’d recommend. There’s a parking space, and it’s not crowded at all. I truly want to recommend this place!
