Hotel vicino a Stazione di Chiba-Minato, Chiba

I didnt expect much but this is probably the best place ive booked here in japan. The room was spacious with more complimentaries than usual and a drink to help you sleep, also love the thick slippers. They also leave new towels, water and pjs if you didnt ask for cleaning on the day. Its near aeon mall and they have several choices there to shop and eat, theres a Round1 nearby and the highlight of my trip, the cherry blossom garden!! I came just the right time they were in full bloom, tho it was rainy for few days, it got sunny on my 3rd day, the only thing is i wish they open sooner, opening time was 10am and i had to wait before going somewhere in tokyo. I only experience train delay once when i was in tokyo going back to hotel one evening, but overall its still a good deal if ur planning to go around tokyo and stay at this hotel, travel doesnt take much rather than staying at overpriced capsule hotels

Ho soggiornato a dicembre e ho usato l'aria condizionata per riscaldare, che ha funzionato bene. Il menu cambia leggermente, quindi non diventa noioso. Ci sono cartelli che chiedono agli ospiti di restituire i vassoi usati, quindi tenetelo a mente. Per quanto riguarda i cartelli, sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che in questo hotel sia necessario richiedere specificamente la pulizia della camera alla reception. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel in cui il cartello sulla porta ha due lati, ”Non disturbare” e ”Si prega di pulire la camera”. Qui, il cartello aveva un solo lato, ”Non disturbare”. Credo che questo sia un aspetto che l'hotel potrebbe migliorare, poiché non è molto comodo richiedere la pulizia della camera separatamente. Sarebbe utile anche aggiungere più traduzioni in inglese. Ad esempio, tutti i pulsanti del telecomando della TV sono etichettati solo in giapponese, e anche la scritta sulle pantofole che dice ”per favore non portarle a casa” è solo in giapponese. Capisco un po' di giapponese, ma per altri ospiti stranieri questo potrebbe risultare poco chiaro.

The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking.

Good location, nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, first-class service, and convenient parking. At a very good price. What more can you ask for?

La posizione del bagno è combinata con olio di soia e latte semplice, le condizioni di base sono ancora possibili. Dopo tutto, quando Suo Sports Park ha fatto feste, il personale di Whole Net Net vicino a Millie è pieno di persone. Altri hotel non possono vivere, e ci possono essere anche questi custodi di prezzo.E'bello

Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

Grande hotel, posizione decente – La maggior parte delle cose che potresti avere bisogno sono vicini, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e la stazione di autobus (pretty convenient when going to the airport early in the morning), nonché shopping mall and convenience stores. Un po' lontano dalla città e dai luoghi che si desidera visitare come turista, ma i vantaggi superano certamente i disavanzi! Il personale è molto bello e utile, parlano anche inglese, che è un salvatore di vita per qualcuno che non ha abbastanza buon comando di giapponese.

It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
