Hotel vicino a Stazione di Chiba-Minato, Chiba

too much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE. Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful. Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!! Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller. Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!

L'hotel è situato in posizione comoda, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il personale è molto cordiale e l'hotel sembra nuovo nel complesso. Tuttavia, c'erano alcune piccole imperfezioni nella mia camera, come un angolo scheggiato del battiscopa. Ho soggiornato a dicembre e ho usato l'aria condizionata per riscaldare, che ha funzionato bene. La colazione viene servita al secondo piano, con accesso tramite la chiave della camera tramite l'ascensore. La selezione è piuttosto buona e include opzioni europee. Il menu cambia leggermente, quindi non diventa noioso. Ci sono cartelli che chiedono agli ospiti di restituire i vassoi usati, quindi tenetelo a mente. Per quanto riguarda i cartelli, sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che in questo hotel sia necessario richiedere specificamente la pulizia della camera alla reception. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel in cui il cartello sulla porta ha due lati, ”Non disturbare” e ”Si prega di pulire la camera”. Qui, il cartello aveva un solo lato, ”Non disturbare”. Credo che questo sia un aspetto che l'hotel potrebbe migliorare, poiché non è molto comodo richiedere la pulizia della camera separatamente. Sarebbe utile anche aggiungere più traduzioni in inglese. Ad esempio, tutti i pulsanti del telecomando della TV sono etichettati solo in giapponese, e anche la scritta sulle pantofole che dice ”per favore non portarle a casa” è solo in giapponese. Capisco un po' di giapponese, ma per altri ospiti stranieri questo potrebbe risultare poco chiaro.

The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking.

La camera è compatta e pulita, e il letto e i cuscini sono comodi. Tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno. Il prezzo è giusto per il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte.

·這家是無人酒店，2/10剛開業，底樓放了很多開業花籃。入住前手續有點麻煩需要提前在官網輸入入住客人的訊息，上傳護照照片等。 ·離【千葉中央站】很近，出站一分鐘左右到達。 ·前台無人，需要住店客人在機器上自助辦理入住，以後會吐出一張寫了房間和樓層密碼的紙，但是我們入住時系統出現問題衹顯示房間密碼，導致我們沒辦法及時進入五樓區域（電梯上來後還有一道門禁），不過工作人員來得很快，也很誠懇地向我們道歉了，態度非常好。 ·訂的雙床豪華房，挺寬敞，衞浴分離，傳統日本浴室，單獨馬桶間，這在一般的酒店不多見。有兩三瓶礦泉水，牙刷牙膏等房間裏都有。不得不提這個浴室裏有一個噴汽按摩浴缸（JAXSON牌），很舒服！！！超級舒服！！走了一天的疲勞都被這個浴缸治癒………

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

Grande hotel, posizione decente – La maggior parte delle cose che potresti avere bisogno sono vicini, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e la stazione di autobus (pretty convenient when going to the airport early in the morning), nonché shopping mall and convenience stores. Un po' lontano dalla città e dai luoghi che si desidera visitare come turista, ma i vantaggi superano certamente i disavanzi! Il personale è molto bello e utile, parlano anche inglese, che è un salvatore di vita per qualcuno che non ha abbastanza buon comando di giapponese.

這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。 當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。 實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。 說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。

Il soggiorno nel Famy Hotel è stato un piacere pulito buon colazione e un personale molto buono di ricezione specialmente Kozo che è stato amichevole e molto utile altamente raccomandato chiuso al Makuhari hongo st.. Solo 45 minuti da Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) Ho soggiornato lì 8 notti appena arrivato Onsen con sauna al top e locale Hal’’ vedere ristorante alimentare al top se si è lazy a uscire a mangiare il business base e buono o se si vuole avere una soluzione più conveniente e don Non si preoccupi di un 45 minuti di viaggio a Tokyo anche facile da raggiungere l'aeroporto un modo con Kristi linea così da dare una buona soluzione .
