Classe allo stato puro! Tutto in questo hotel, dal cordiale check-in alla qualità degli asciugamani, riflette un'eccellenza assoluta. È davvero una struttura splendida. La mia camera era pulita, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato molto le opere d'arte, le lenzuola, le lampade e tutto il resto. Anche il personale è molto ben preparato e ha offerto un servizio eccellente. La piscina è incantevole. Al momento del check-out, la proprietaria in persona ci ha ringraziato per il soggiorno e ci ha salutato: la ciliegina sulla torta. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e mi piacerebbe tornarci. Il mio unico suggerimento è di migliorare il ristorante dell'hotel. Ho cenato lì e ho apprezzato il cibo, ma ho avuto l'impressione che fosse pensato per un gusto molto occidentale. Non era autentica cucina del Rajasthan e sia il laal maas che il gulab jamun sono stati una delusione.

Il soggiorno all'Hotel Shri Ram Excellence a Jodhpur è stato un piacere. La posizione è magnifica vicino alle principali attrazioni e ben ‑ collegato. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli; la custodia casa è attenta e mantiene buona igiene. Il personale, soprattutto al di fuori del desk, è gentile, utile e sempre pronto a assistere. We enjoyed our stay in kothi heritage executive room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable with clean white bed sheets, comforter and clean towels. Ac, wifi and tv were working fine. Response from reception for any query or requirement was quick and polite. Food in room service was very hygienic and tasty. Complimentary breakfast was lavish and tasty. The restaurant manager mr. Raghunath singh and team took personal care of all the guests and quality and quantity of breakfast items kept on buffet. Water kettle and tea coffee milk powder in room was handy. We will look forward to come again. The property is nicely renovated with a cosy garden and is close enough to most of sight seeing places. Gypsy restaurant just next to kothi heritage is another plus point.

Awesome heritage hotel with a decent staff and also with good good great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed

excellent stay at hotel sri ram empire at jodhpur for 2 nights. services rendered by hotel sriram empire was up to the mark of our expectations. especially floor manager shri govind has taken care off like homely stay and he is very polite & soft spoken and extended his help whenever required.he is dedicatedly serving the guests. moreover,make my trip has coordinated for reimbursement of doubly payment which was made by me inadvertently. i am thankful to ”make my trip” and i always book the hotels,railway & air flights bookings. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
