Hotel vicino a Albero Dukh Bhanjani Ber, Amritsar

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Molto gentile e amichevole e utile personale ma al primo giorno sono arrivato presto al mattino alle 07:30 O alle 08:00 Credo che c'era un uomo signor Anuj che gli ho chiesto se è possibile controllare presto nel mio ufficio mi ha detto che prende un sedile e aspetta 10 minuti e dopo 10 minuti sono stato detto dal signor Anuj che la sua stanza è pronta, pensavo, ma dopo pochi minuti il signor Anuj ha detto che dovevo pagare 1500 più per il check-in precoce, poi ho lasciato l'hotel presto la mattina e sono tornato per il check-in alle 16:00 di qualcosa. Ma capisco che sono venuto prima, quindi è buono, ma anche il personale di servizio di stanza e di FO è grande. Ma in particolare, la signora che pulisce la mia stanza ogni giorno ho dimenticato di chiedere il suo nome, ma lei è molto brava a comunicare fornisce il miglior servizio grazie.

ITC Raja Sansi è una splendida proprietà e il nostro soggiorno è stato buono. Il personale era professionale e caldo. La cena era buona anche! L'accesso alla camera e la privacy richiedono un notevole miglioramento. Le camere di pavimento non sono in grado di sedersi con cortine aperte. Anche con le luci chiuse, c'è completa.visibilità all'interno. Altre piccole lacune di manutenzione, come il minibar non funziona e non è stato immagazzinato, solo un asciugamano nel bagno nonostante la doppia occupazione, ecc, sono state alcune lacune.

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

The first room they gave us was not good - the key card holder fell off - the room had a musty smell and was a corner room - thought is was small in size. So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott. We would rate this as an average hotel

L'hotel aveva i suoi pro e cons. Anche se il cibo era delizioso e la stanza era pulita, la posizione era diffusa da un problema di drenaggio vicino. L'interno della stanza e la piscina al tetto erano grandi, ma il nido di uccelli causava disturbi. Nonostante ciò, il buffet è stato bello, rendendo per un soggiorno più piacevole.

La nuova e moderna proprietà vicino all'aeroporto, si è fermata qui per godere la tranquillità dell'ambiente e fuggire dalle ”showks” di amritsar. Bellamente designate camere e bagni con toletta di qualità. Letto molto confortevole. Il servizio è stato eccellente in tutti i dipartimenti, il cibo e il colazione sono stati grandi

Il nostro soggiorno di notte è stato un singolo albergo di Hong Kong Inn, la stanza è pulita e viene fornita con i servizi igienici di base come sapone e shampoo. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria amritsar e è ragionevolmente vicino al tempio d'oro. Il cibo qui era buono che avevamo ordinato attraverso il servizio in camera. Inoltre hanno WiFi gratuita. Il letto e la camera erano puliti. L'hotel dispone di un ascensore e il personale è stato utile e cortese.

Resta davvero bene. Situazione vicino al tempio d'oro circa 2 minuti a piedi. I cibi sono anche buoni e meno spezie per i bambini Le strutture e i servizi sono troppo buoni
