I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Molto soddisfatta un'esperienza di soggiorno.Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, molti tipi di colazione, e può anche sperimentare cure indiane autentiche.Sai che uso molto acqua, il cameriere aggiunge acqua di acqua bollente sufficiente ogni giorno, sicura e pulita, raccomandato!

Avevo un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole, l'atmosfera era invitante e le camere erano confortevoli, anche se ci sono sicuramente spazio per il miglioramento sia nelle camere che nelle esperienze di cena. Il miglioramento della decorazione e delle strutture nelle camere, **** con la diversificazione delle opzioni di menu nei ristoranti, potrebbe aumentare significativamente l'esperienza complessiva.

Amazing everything

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

Ho chiesto il pick-up dell'aeroporto, ma arrivare all'hotel per confermare questo era estremamente difficile – scarsa comunicazione e nessuno sembrava reagire. Quando finalmente sono arrivato, il personale si è incontrato in modo freddo e sconveniente, che ha dato un tono negativo per tutta la permanenza. Per peggiorare le cose, l'hotel applica rigorosamente una politica ”non cibo esterno”, che si è sentito inutilmente restrittiva e scomoda, soprattutto quando si desidera una flessibilità di base come ospite. In generale, il servizio non era caldo, la comunicazione era frustrante e le politiche hanno reso il soggiorno incomodo, e non rimarrei qui e non posso raccomandarlo a chiunque cercasse una esperienza senza problemi e amichevole.

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

飯店服務很好，設備也都蠻新的，只是電梯反應比較慢，很多次以為有感應到房卡了，結果又跑到其他樓層了～餐點不錯，但是沒有培根是唯一的遺憾～
