Hotel vicino a Parco Acquatico Aapno Ghar, Gurgaon

Avevo una grande esperienza a Holiday Inn di nuovo. Ero rimasto lì prima di aprile 2025. Grande ambiente e eccellente servizio da parte del personale. Come l'ultima volta, abbiamo avuto un upgrade per la nostra stanza. La camera è stata ben servita e abbiamo ricevuto una sedia a richiesta. La colazione è divertente, e la maggior parte del personale è molto cortese e utile. Teresa ci ha riconosciuti dall'ultima volta e ha fatto un giro per renderci confortevoli. Capo Prakash Yadav, Manager di ristorante Vinay, Manager di ristorante Bevande Krishan Kumar ha fatto un punto di andare a tutti gli ospiti per farli sentire benvenuti. Grazie speciali alla supervisore di prenotazione Amrita Gharti per tutto il suo aiuto nel rendere il nostro soggiorno una memoriale. La verifica era molto facile e semplice grazie a Swati, e così è stato il ritardo della verifica della cortesia di Akanksha. Molto raccomandato

Sono molto felice di stare al Grand Hyatt. Lo faccio ogni anno. Era il mio compleanno e Celine (non sapevo la corretta ortografia, forse Selene) era così gentile a organizzare la torta per noi. Divyaansh a Checkin era così cortese e professionale, che ci aiutava a portare le valigie in camera. Il suo manager era anche grande, e ci ricordava di stare l'anno scorso. Al checkout, Alisha era molto utile e gentile, così era il suo manager (non si chiamava), ci hanno camminato fino alla porta. Amit ha anche fatto un grande servizio aiutandoci con i bagagli, e Vinay alla porta anteriore era così gentile e utile con i bagagli. La posizione è anche ok. 35 minuti all'aeroporto se non c'è traffico, mezzo ora di guida a DLF Cyberhub per una grande cena. Oh e in inverno serviranno delizioso cioccolato caldo come bevanda di benvenuto. Il loro colazione era anche fantastico. Ho bisogno di provare i piaceri locali di solito non ho tempo per provare come la Bun Maska. 10/10 consiglia Grand Hyatt!

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

We stayed at Hilton for two nights with our kids and we all absolutely loved it. It was clean and staff was warm. We definitely recommend Hilton to all those who wants to stay in a clean place.

Il titanio offre un soggiorno sia grande che medio, e io elencherò sia i pro sia i con. Pros: Letti confortevoli. Camere pulite. Buona struttura per il lavoro di ufficio. Accesso alla sala conferenze anche disponibile. Lavanderia è fantastica. Coni: La velocità Wifi è un po' cattiva. Il buffet per colazione è esattamente lo stesso ogni giorno, si aspetta un po' più variazione. Ma il sapore saggio non è cattivo. Il grande tiro fuori è stato nelle evidenze menzionate che offrono lavanderia gratuita per 2 articoli al giorno - non fatto. La terrazza di giornata e ufficio è stata annunciata - non c'è.

Good location, excellent restaurants in the hotel, good stuff and perfect cleanness plus mall in the next door

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is very neat and clean, which is always a top priority. The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day. One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal. That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine
