Hotel vicino a Museo Orangutan, Pontianak

Le negozi si trovavano all'ingresso e all'uscita dell'hotel, che giocavano molto musica forte fino a 3.00 a.m. Non dormevamo la prima notte. Tuttavia, ci siamo trasferiti in un'altra stanza che si trovava di fronte alla piscina la seconda notte e era molto tranquilla. Personalmente, non mi piacciono gli interruttori nelle stanze. Ci dovrebbero essere più interruttori per controllare la luminosità delle stanze e delle bagni. Attualmente, la stanza è molto luminosa o posso girare 2 luci di parete (molto scuro) + 1 luce notturna. I commutatori Foyer e Reading non funzionano. Per il bagno, uno switch controlla tutte le luci nel bagno e il ventilatore di scarico. Pertanto, è molto luminoso nel bagno + ventilatore di scarico rumoroso o buio totale. Mi piace vedere più interruttori per gli ospiti per controllare la luminosità nelle camere e nei bagni. Il hotel è molto bello e con personale molto amichevole.

Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus! Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

The service is friendly and very helpful. The room conditions are clean, tidy and ready to be occupied. The motorbike parking area is behind the building and the condition is spacious, and there are also those who guard the parking lot. There are 4 types of rooms on each floor, there are Standard types (floors 3 & 4 start from 100 thousand), Standard Plus types (floors 3 & 4 start from 150 thousand), Superior types (floors 2 start from 170 thousand), Deluxe types (floors 1 start from 185 thousand). Each type of room has different facilities. For reservations, you can make them directly on the spot or via the trip.con application. Want to find a place with affordable prices and a location close to any area.

Ho dei ricordi di piacere quando sono a Aston Hotel, come il personale di servizio è sempre gentile e sorridente. Tuttavia, ho notato che le strutture sono normalmente sulle proprietà più anziane, anche se cercano di mantenere pulito e che il caldo/acqua funziona bene. Raccomando al personale di front desk e di concierge per il loro piacevole sorriso e ansioso. E'vicina al bel negozio di prodotti locali per frutta e regali confezionati di Pontianak che ho comprato per casa.

This hotel is strategically located in the center of Pontianak, with walkable distance to Ayani Megamall & Museum Kalimantan Barat. Check-in was a breeze, room was clean, except for the bathroom, where there were noticeable black mold near to the shower heads. The experience of showering was not that good, due to the unfavourable scene of the black mold, and also, damp smell whenever I entered the shower cabin. I also went to the spa, while the massage is decent, the person-in-charge made comments like - well, I am not a cashier, so I don't have change. To which, I feel like it is a bit not professional.

Il terzo giorno, tutto va bene, solo che è un po' irritante quando c'è un camion grande, la strada nella stanza sarà anche agitata, a parte che tutto non è problema.

La camera pulita, la buona posizione, la buona cibo e il servizio del personale sono molto cooperative. Per il viaggio d'affari è molto appropriato per parlare con i clienti.
