Stai a Discovery SCDB per partecipare a una conferenza a Jakarta. È stata prenota una camera da letto con due camere da letto, ma con un separatore e un'attrezzatura individuale per ogni persona! 2 di quasi tutto compreso desk, TV, guardaroba e anche i bagni lavanderia separati! La stanza era pulita. Wifi era stabile e abbastanza veloce. Il colazione è stato prenotato in modo inclusivo e è un free-flow ala-carte colazione ordinata dal menu. L'iscrizione era molto semplice e il personale era amichevole, utile e, soprattutto, parlava buon inglese. La posizione era eccellente in mezzo alla CBD vicino a un grande centro commerciale Pacific Place. In generale, un ottimo soggiorno. Sicuramente tornerà quando vi sarà. Molto raccomandato.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable 3-night stay at Raffles Jakarta to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was flawless. We mentioned the birthday in advance, and the hotel went above and beyond, surprising us with a beautiful cake and birthday song. Miss Rahsya who's checked us was so nice and friendly, duty manager Mr.Miko also very good person. Our room was stunningly big, impeccably clean, and luxuriously comfortable. And the direct access to Lotte Mall makes it super convenient for dining, shopping, and grabbing coffee without ever stepping out into the city traffic. Breakfast at Arts Cafe is phenomenal with everything from fresh pastries to made-to-order specialties. Minor issue, housekeeping was a bit confusing maybe hotel should told to guests when check in about how their HK works. And also we received a message from hotel spa asking about our spa reservation despite we didn't make any reservation with hotel spa, fortunately their response is fast and corrected immediately. Overall we are enjoying our stay and highly recommended if you are looking for an art-filled oasis in the city.

Il check-in è stato decente, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti per la stanza per essere pronta e per essere giusto è stato il giorno del nuovo anno il 31 dicembre, quindi non si può lamentare. La stanza è moderna e in alto scala con un toccamento di tradizionale design del patrimonio indonesiano. Quello che amo più è il letto e il bagno.. soprattutto la pioggia più la pressione idrica è perfetta. Abbiamo anche ricevuto il cacao complementare per celebrare il nuovo anno. Infine, il menu del colazione era buono, servivano menu occidentali e indonesi, pasticceria e dolci. In generale era eccellente.

Nuovo esperimento a Jakarta e un altro appartamento tipo camera. Abbondante spazio ma un po 'datato e grosso sui bordi. La posizione è abbastanza chiara e molte opzioni f&b intorno o in breve viaggio. Buona pulizia e nessun rumore stradale, ma un po' sottili muri per urlare il bambino tantrum vicino alla porta. La colazione era buona e piacevole e utile personale. Questo era un passo da Manhattan verso la strada, ma ancora non il più grande valore per i soldi. La manterrà sulla lista per la prossima volta, ma potrebbe anche provare un'altra opzione.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

A very high-quality accommodation experience. We booked a family room but only two people slept there. The facilities were complete. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. The location is excellent for work. Call grab food also convenient.

On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

This is my second stay at Artotel Casa Kuningan, and no doubt the location of the hotel and hotel breakfast remains the main advantages of this hotel if you're looking for a place to explore Kemang/Kuningan/or even to Grand Indonesia less traffic jam from this hotel. However, during this booking, what fell short was the service that rendered us speechless. We arrive at the hotel early at 10:00a.m. as we took an early flight, well aware that the hotel check-in is only at 14:00p.m. Hence, we registered our names and confirm our booking and was told that the room will be ready by 14:00p.m. So we left our luggages and went to have lunch and shopping at the malls. We reached back at 15:00p.m. and saw a different atmosphere at the reception. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting for their rooms, so since I have already registered earlier at 10a.m., I kindly ask the receptionist if my room is already check. They say wait awhile, will check. And seeing the faces of the other guests waiting at the lobby, I felt something was definitely off. And I waited until 15:20p.m. with no updates given from the staff with regards to the status of my check in, they all seemed frantic at their computers. Finally at 15:30p.m., I got the keys to my room but with no explanation on why was there this delay, 1hr30mins after the supposed check in timing and moreover, 5 hours after I have registered my name for my check in process. To note, there was a wedding reception in the hotel on that day. This may have made the check in process much delayed, but not valid for guests to be treated this way as the wedding reception date should have been known well before and hotel management should have planned the manpower resources accordingly. Additionally, the comfort of my stay was much interrupted too, as this time I was put to a room at level 3. Loud noises from the night bar could be heard very clearly from our rooms and it continued to midnight. Not only music noise, we can hear ladies heels stomping from above and this loud stomping made it worse to our inability to have a comfortable rest at night. Something needs to be solved with regards to the noise pollution heard from level 3 rooms. I have a video that could here the loud stomping from our rooms, but could not upload here. In short, avoid level 3, and their service can be better to uphold the standard since they first opened. Hotel breakfast remains amazing with a nice pool and yakult/juices.

I recently stayed here for a business trip and overall had a good experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the room size. I stayed in a suite and it was very spacious, with a separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room, which was very comfortable after a long day of work. The location is very convenient because it is connected to Plaza Semanggi, so it was easy to find food, coffee, and basic things without needing to go far. The hotel is also close to Sudirman and the business areas, but during peak hours the traffic around Semanggi can still be quite heavy, so you need to plan your travel time. The facilities are quite complete — there is a swimming pool, gym, and some sports facilities. Breakfast was decent with both Indonesian and Western food, although the menu was more or less the same every day. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old, and you can see it from the furniture and some parts of the room. Everything still works fine, but it could definitely use some renovation. Another thing is the elevator can be slow during busy hours, especially in the morning. Overall, I think this hotel is very good value for money if you want a large room in a central location. It may not be a luxury or modern hotel, but it is comfortable and practical, especially for business trips or longer stays.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
