UUtente ospiteHo avuto un soggiorno eccezionale a Raffles Jakarta. Da quando sono arrivato, il livello di servizio era davvero eccellente, caldo, attento, e incredibilmente personalizzato. Il personale andò sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che ogni dettaglio del mio soggiorno fosse perfetto.
Le camere sono ben progettate, spaziose e lussuose, con eleganti interni e splendide viste urbane, tutto si sentiva curato con pensiero, dal letto confortevole alle strutture di alta estensione.
Uno degli evidenti è stato l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel calmo, raffinato e artistico. Offre una fuga tranquilla nel cuore di Giacarta. L'esperienza di mangiare è stata anche eccellente, con una grande selezione di cibo di alta qualità.
La posizione è molto conveniente, soprattutto con accesso diretto a un centro commerciale, rendendo facile esplorare senza problemi.
In generale, Raffles Jakarta ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. È la scelta perfetta per chiunque cerca un soggiorno lussuoso e memorabile.

DDawnB0888The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

UUtente ospiteExcellent international brand, but with a local touch when it comes to service. Everything was impeccable until I got hit with checkout car parking managing formalities. Staff needs better parking procedure management, so that guests are not left wondering between floors and doing the employees' job. Left me upset and confused.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

UUtente ospiteOverall a good hotel, within the central district area. We only stayed one night, so no in-depth review. Staff is friendly and helpful. Negatives: 1) we arrived at 1530 and our room was not ready yet. 2) 2 small bottles of water is not enough. Extra water needed to be paid for.

UUtente ospiteRoom a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaSwiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person.
Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. .
You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
