Hotel vicino a Stazione dei treni di Juanda, Giacarta centrale

This hotel was exceptional and definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was unforgettable and all the staff were approachable and ready to have a good chat. My family and I interacted with lots of bubbly staff with excellent service at the breakfast. The staff at the lobby were no different, they spontaneously helped us to open the doors and pull our luggages with friendly words of greeting. The concierge workers were also a great help with finding our way around the big city of Jakarta, and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area. Additionally, they allowed us to check out late at 1pm even with the limited vacancies. When we accidentally dropped our bags on the floor, one concierge lady even rushed to help us pick them up. The room itself was clean and spacious with no bad odours, and the beds were extra comfortable with their memory foam pillows. Complementary water, milk, tea and coffee was also provided. The breakfast on the 90th was another memorable feature. There was a cold section and hot section for the food, and a menu you could order from. For drinks, the highlights were customizable freshly grinded juice and homemade tea with table service on a cart. The same floor also had a great view of the city skyline (I reccomend the night view and sunrise if your an early riser). The indoor pool and gym is a great stop for a cooldown if you need a break from the heat, or just want to have a workout. Both facilities were clean and convenient. The location was another big hit, the hotel was right in the middle of centeral Jakarta, and a short walk away from a bus station and MRT, along with a bunch of malls/plazas with lots of great places to eat and drink. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, and I strongly recommend you to try it out.

Ottima ospitalità, ottimo servizio, tutto il personale è molto gentile, molto disponibile... molte attività per bambini quindi non abbiamo bisogno di uscire e goderci il soggiorno 🥰🥰 Cibo ottimo e abbiamo ricevuto tantissimi complimenti ❤️❤️ Hotel molto consigliato per famiglie ❤️❤️

Avevo un soggiorno molto piacevole a Ascott Jakarta, la stanza era eccezionalmente spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, offrendo un ambiente rilassante dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. La posizione era conveniente, e il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Uno dei punti per migliorare la scelta del colazione, poiché una più ampia gamma di opzioni migliorerebbe l'esperienza complessiva, tuttavia, la qualità del soggiorno, la grande dimensione della camera e il comfort forniscono più di quanto non sia stato fatto. In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno e sarei felice di tornare alla mia prossima visita a Jakarta.

Posizione eccellente di fronte al centro commerciale più grande dell'Indonesia, con trasporti comodissimi. Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto spazioso, la colazione a buffet offre un'ampia varietà di piatti deliziosi. È un'ottima scelta per un viaggio.

La stanza è confortevole e pulita nonostante i mobili antichi. La posizione è grande con diverse attrazioni e opzioni alimentari. Offre buona cena per il buffet del colazione.

A mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden ***** on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached) So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange. But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point. On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting. It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S So there are several issues that affected my health here. The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting. The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

Good facilities for fitness center, swimming with cold and warm indoor pool. Breakfast is decent with combination of asian and western food.

Ho avuto una bella esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse la zona. L'iscrizione era rapida e regolare, e mi facevano sentire a mio agio immediatamente. La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e ben progettata, il letto era molto comodo, il condizionamento d’aria funzionava perfettamente, e la camera aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Apprezzo in particolare l'attenzione prestata ai dettagli, tra cui le tolette fresche, le comodità complimentari e l'atmosfera complessivamente accogliente. Le strutture dell'hotel erano anche eccellenti. Il lobby era elegante, le aree comuni erano sempre pulite, l'ambiente si sentiva tranquillo e sicuro. La connessione Wi-Fi era stabile e veloce, che era molto conveniente durante il mio soggiorno. Ho anche goduto il colazione, ci sono molte opzioni deliziose e tutto è stato fresco. Una delle migliori cose su questo hotel è la posizione. Esso è vicino a ristoranti, negozi e molte attrazioni popolari, rendendo molto facile per raggiungere. Nonostante essere in una zona confortevole, l'hotel stesso era tranquillo e rilassante alla notte. La cosa che mi ha colpito più è stata la gentilezza e l’aiuto del personale. Quando avevo una domanda o un aiuto, essi risposero rapidamente con genuina amicizia e cura. La loro ospitezia rendeva l’esperienza ancora più speciale. In generale, questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Offre un servizio eccellente, camere pulite e confortevoli, una posizione confortevole e un'atmosfera calda. Vorrei rimanere qui felicemente in futuro e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno piacevole e memorabile.

Good location, can walk to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia (but first day I walked a big detour to enter Grand Indonesia). Room is ok and clean, though not sure why there's a big pillar inside the room and I knocked it a few times. Bathroom is quite dark even with the lights. In the shower area, no rack to put your own toiletries. No tray to put the soup, I used the cup tray from outside. Hair dryer has no extra protective cover, I was scared that my hair would get stuck in so I had to hold the dryer some distance away from my hair. Breakfast is so so, the porridge is too sticky, I added water myself. I had to call two times to ask about my laundry.

Rooms bed comfort were average, cigarette Butt's n ashes found in toilet n room cleanliness lacking . Noise from passing train, vehicles n prayers were disturbing. There were many smokers in the lobby n car park. No Wi-Fi in the rooms The water smells bad.
