Hotel vicino a Mercato Johar, Central Semarang

Di recente ho trascorso un soggiorno delizioso all'Hotel Tentrem di Semarang e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e la sua attenzione ha davvero arricchito la nostra esperienza. La pulizia delle camere e dei bagni era impeccabile, il che è sempre una priorità assoluta per me quando viaggio. I servizi dell'hotel, inclusa la palestra, erano eccellenti e ci fornivano tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Uno dei punti forti per me è stata la deliziosa colazione. La varietà era fantastica e la qualità del cibo eccezionale. Voglio anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a Ibuk Elfi per la sua calorosa ospitalità durante la colazione. Il suo atteggiamento allegro ha reso le nostre mattine ancora più piacevoli. Da amante del caffè, sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalle capacità di Mas Arafi, il barista. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il cappuccino, il mocaccino e il caffellatte che ha preparato; ogni tazza era una vera delizia. La sua conoscenza del caffè traspare davvero in ogni sorso. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza all'Hotel Tentrem è stata meravigliosa e non vedo l'ora di tornarci ogni anno. Grazie a tutto il team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale. Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

L'hotel è situato all'interno del DP Mall. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa. Ho sentito il suono della televisione dalla stanza accanto a me (chiaramente, ho quasi potuto seguire le notizie che guardavano). Non mi ha davvero turbato. Offrono bevande di benvenuto 24-hour (solo bevande calde come caffè e tè mi aspettavo caffè ghiaccio). La stanza è dotata di una TV intelligente, quindi si può godere dei vostri spettacoli preferiti su Netflix, Disney+ e altro ancora. Il personale è caldo e amichevole. Al check-in, dovrai scaricare un app per ottenere la chiave della tua stanza, e un OTP sarà inviato al tuo smartphone tramite SMS per conferma. Ero un po' frustrato dal fatto che il mio telefono giornaliero usa un numero straniero (che non poteva ricevere SMS in quel momento). Fortunatamente, ho avuto il mio telefono secondario con un numero indonesiano (anche se ha una terribile salute della batteria). Non sapevo se forniscono una chiave fisica o no (non ho chiesto). In generale, mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno lì. Fornire una chiave fisica (uno di legno, forse, per corrispondere al tema ecologico).

Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time and it has always been one of my familiar choices whenever I visit the area. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere still feels comfortable and welcoming. However, it is a bit unfortunate that the hotel is starting to show its age. Some facilities seem a little old compared to before. Last night was slightly difficult because there was a loud fan or machine noise coming from outside, which made it a bit hard to sleep. I hope the hotel can check this issue because it could affect guests staying in nearby rooms. Aside from that small inconvenience, my stay was generally satisfying. The staff were friendly as usual and the service was reliable. I still appreciate the comfort and memories I have had here over the years, and I hope the hotel will continue to maintain and improve its facilities in the future.

As mentioned on my previous review the hotel tomorrow and provides a really good however aging amenities and hotel experience. The stay was good the food was amazing however I do have to say that in the four star hotel class in central samarang there are a lot of other choices so feel free to take a look at those first but do not leave novotel entirely out of your list.

Il mio hotel preferito per il soggiorno a Semarang, ma questa volta non è la mia bella esperienza. La prima stanza che ho ottenuto ha svuotato l'aria condizionata, si è gocciata ogni secondo, così hanno offerto una nuova stanza. In una nuova stanza, l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, ma non volevo più lamentarmi, perché non volevo cambiare la stanza di nuovo e di nuovo. Prenotato con colazione ma hanno detto che è troppo pochi ospiti quel giorno, quindi mi lasceranno scegliere il mio colazione dal menu. Solo un menu per ogni ospite. Non mi piaceva questo perché la stanza non ha una tavola appropriata da mangiare. Anche ci sono solo una sedia. Quindi sì, non la mia migliore esperienza. Ma forse lo farò un'altra prova. Questo hotel di solito ha offerto un buon servizio. Forse solo un momento sbagliato e la situazione per me.

Large room and bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge provided. Water dispensers on every floor. Plenty of storage. Good aircon and decent WiFi. Rooms are similar to an Ibis design. Good location, close to shopping malls and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful. Nice pool area. It's on a main road so it was noisy at times.
