Hotel vicino a Piazza Fatahillah, Giacarta occidentale

I’ve stayed at Pullman on several occasions, and the staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. However, this particular stay was more challenging than my previous experiences. Upon checking in, I encountered several issues with the room. The shower head was dripping, the sliding door to the bathroom was faulty, and the air conditioning was not cooling sufficiently. To the hotel's credit, these issues were attended to promptly. Unfortunately, the sliding door malfunctioned again later during my stay, although it was repaired quickly once more. As I was staying for 12 days, I was disappointed to learn that the complimentary laundry service is only available for bookings made directly through the hotel. I had initially tried to book directly through the hotel via the Citibank Concierge service, but unfortunately, no rooms were available through that channel, so I had to make my reservation through an alternative booking platform. Given the circumstances and the length of my stay, I had hoped the hotel could have extended the complimentary laundry service as a goodwill gesture. I would also like to thank the hotel for the complimentary beer and food platter provided over the weekend. It was a thoughtful gesture and was very much appreciated. Lastly, there was a fire incident on the final day of my stay, which was understandably quite alarming and left a lasting impression. Despite these setbacks, Pullman remains one of my favourite hotels because of its excellent service and welcoming staff. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to invest in upgrading its facilities and strengthening its safety and security standards so that guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay. I look forward to returning in the future and having an even better experience.

Ottima scelta per i viaggiatori di business. L'hotel è perfettamente situato vicino ai grandi hub di trasporto, rendendo la commutazione senza difficoltà. Le camere sono senza spot, con un piano moderno duro invece di tappeti polverosi. Internet veloce e un ambiente tranquillo garantiscono che si possa lavorare in modo efficiente. Molto raccomandato per i soggiorni degli ospiti.

È un hotel strategico e pulitissimo, con un servizio rapido. Lo consiglio a chi viaggia da altre città o agli stranieri per la tranquillità e l'atmosfera della città, perché la zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e permette di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto.

The service of front desk are okay Room were quite dark not like how i thought would be from the photos. And for cleanliness hope they could give it more attention the first night our towel smells too much of bleach and then the bathroom got alot of mold in the blinds and rust almost every corners if only they could give those more attention then the room will be very good and would reccomend Also for amenities only got toothbrush and the hairdryer needed to ask from frontdesk whilst the air very slow

Era la prima volta che soggiornavo all'Harris Suites. Innanzitutto, arrivarci dall'aeroporto è stato un gioco da ragazzi, dato che era raggiungibile in autostrada. L'hotel si trova vicino all'autostrada, quindi ci sono voluti solo 30 minuti. Anche il check-in è stato semplice, grazie al servizio clienti disponibile e cordiale. Mi è stata assegnata una camera al secondo piano, non male considerando che non ho dovuto aspettare troppo a lungo per l'ascensore. Certo, avrei preferito un piano più alto per avere una vista migliore, ma va bene così. La camera era pulita e accogliente, ottima per chi viaggia da solo. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno, sono riuscito a fare una colazione veloce il secondo giorno, non era troppo affollato e la scelta di cibo era discreta - niente di speciale, è la tipica colazione d'hotel che ci si aspetta nel Sud-Est asiatico. L'ultimo giorno, non ho potuto fare colazione perché c'era troppa gente, quindi ho fatto il check-out prima del previsto. Anche in questo caso, nessun ritardo al check-out, è stato veloce. Ci tornerei sicuramente, dato il prezzo e la posizione.

Il personale del Front Desk mi ha aiutato a trovare la mia Grab. La stanza è grande e pulita, viene con TV intelligente che è un bonus. Purtroppo non sono così forte, mi sono svegliato a vuoto, ma non molto.

1. Il servizio in camera non è stato molto cordiale rispetto al mio ultimo soggiorno. Ho chiesto bevande extra e mi è stato detto che sarebbero state a pagamento. 2. La colazione era eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di scelta. 3. La piscina è bella, circondata da grattacieli. 4. La receptionist è stata molto disponibile. 5. La palestra è completamente attrezzata.

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

È vicino al mercato, basta camminare lì. La colazione al ristorante è adatta agli amici cinesi.

Bello hotel ... buon servizio e amichevole, solo quando il colazione è considerato un buffet ma in persona, per il tempo di colazione se si può accelerare l'ora, perché i visitatori sono lavoratori
