Hotel vicino a Spiaggia Benua Patra Beach, Balikpapan

The room is clean, but quite old. The aircon is not cool and the refrigerator is not working. The hallway also felt stuffy. But staffs are friendly and the food taste great

Nice hotel to stay in Balikpapan, location litte bit unique because going high from mainroads, breakfast also unable to request eggs.

Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto qui, e ancora una volta ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. La stanza e il bagno erano puliti e le strutture erano eccellenti. Il colazione ha offerto una buona varietà di cibo, anche se spero di vedere miglioramenti del sapore in futuro. Inoltre, ho notato che alcuni dei letti sono un po' indossati e non sono più così fermi come dovrebbero essere, spero che questo possa essere affrontato.In generale, è ancora un grande posto per rimanere

Grande posizione per viaggi d'affari, molto strategico e facile da accedere. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, perfetta per riposare dopo le riunioni. Il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Le strutture erano sufficienti e tutto funzionava bene. In generale, un soggiorno piacevole e conveniente per i viaggiatori di business.

L'hotel è in generale mantenuto in pochissime condizioni e non pulito.Alcuni dei bagni nel lobby erano fuori ordine e sporco/staccato. Il bacino delle nostre 3 camere è stato spezzato nel mezzo e infisso per tenere insieme le lastre, ma l'acqua di drenaggio continua a gocciare ai nostri piedi ogni volta che usiamo il bacino. Le lamiere, i cassetti di cottura non erano freschi quando ci siamo iscritti, tutti i serbatoi di sicurezza non funzionavano dopo aver cercato aiuto dalla manutenzione, e tutti i frigoriferi in tutte e tre le camere erano rotti o mancanti. L'aria condizionata nelle nostre camere funzionava bene, ma l'aria condizionata nella zona del colazione non funzionava. Altri clienti cercavano di trovare la migliore posizione seduta vicino ai fiammatrici d'aria. La selezione di cibo era limitata e la diffusione locale era leggermente meno deliziosa o fresca di altri hotel locali che abbiamo soggiornato prima. Possiamo vedere che l'hotel era un posto grande e bello, è solo una vergogna vedere un edificio così majestale come Tjokro ha perso il suo brillante..

Situazione dell'hotel nel centro della città.. vicino al centro.. abbastanza passeggiata è già. C'è una piscina e servizi amichevoli in camera .... Sembra che le infrastrutture siano state migliorate in modo significativo

Blood stains remained on the pillowcase and the bedding didn't look clean. The cleaning condition wasn't bad, but it seems to be old. Maybe because it's the room next to the main road, it was noisy with cars and motorcycles at night. Soundproofing doesn't seem to be good either. Breakfast was neither good nor bad.

Prima di tutto, ho una stanza con cazzo di cuccioli, odore e super umido 😢 Anche se sono rimasto qui 2 volte, ho avuto un'unità sicura ma ho chiesto di cambiare il ricevitore e fortunatamente può essere sostituito Poi la stanza che è stata cambiata ha un problema nel condizionatore dell'aria della stanza, che non è freddo a tutti 😢😔 ma fortunatamente la posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, quindi è facile andare da qualsiasi parte

I have to be objective with all my reviews, and as such, I absolutely cannot recommend this place. For the same reason as you prospective guests, I booked because of its proximity to the airport, however, you do pay a premium for this when better hotels situated further away cost less, however, much like the viewers of this review I wanted somewhere to rest comfortably, and having seen the review score (there is absolutely no way this is a genuine 9+), I opted to stay. Firstly, I have no serious qualms with the staff, though upon leaving my room at check-out one of the cleaning staff was filming me up close with her phone and upon-check-in the other staff member said that I wasn't to bring back women to the room (insane rudeness to insinuate a guest might bring back a **********!). The room water stank of sewage and it was indeed contaminated as my skin was slimey and smelt after the shower which was cold (no hot water) and when I ”washed” my hands. The worst part of this place (and I paid $17) was there not being a bed sheet/duvet. They only provided a blanket which definitely doesnt get washed daily and is therefore the same blanket that has been over multiple guest's bodies which is disgusting. The breakfast they provided was nice though the ”coffee” in the room was undrinkable. The room as a whole was quite worn and dirty in places. Pay for a taxi to the city centre and even after the return airport fare you'll pay the same for a better quality hotel. I cannot recommend this place for the price.
