Hotel vicino a Capolinea degli autobus Batu Ampar, Balikpapan

I stayed at D'Prima Bandar Balikpapan for 5 nights and I would say I had a good experience overall. The room was rather small but great for a solo traveler or maybe a couple. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the hotel feels new and clean overall with good service from the staffs. The only thing I would complain about is that my room (131) had a funky smell, I suspect it's coming from the aircon or the sewerage system. If I were to nitpick, I'd say there's no hair dryer and refrigerator which makes it a bit of an inconvenience. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel, it's great value for money.

Rispetto ad altri hotel a Balikpapan, Ibis è molto conveniente. Tuttavia, questo hotel offre buone strutture, come una bella camera pulita con un letto confortevole. Tuttavia, la doccia è troppo piccola. Non si può quasi spostare in giro. Mi manca anche un frigorifero. Il colazione indonesiano è eccellente. Molti occidentali si trovano in questo hotel, ma stranamente, il colazione è orientato esclusivamente verso indonesi. Per gli occidentali, ci sono solo pane bianco a buon mercato con dolci come la giovenca e la cioccolata diffusa. Mi manca il pane di frumento di buona qualità, le lamelle, il formaggio e la carne tagliata. Stranamente, l'hotel non è orientato verso i turisti occidentali. FO non sa dove noleggiare motociclete e non hanno informazioni sulle attrazioni turistiche. Sono state escursioni eccessive con una guida e una macchina su ogni turista. Cari Ibis, per favore capite che molti turisti occidentali vogliono noleggiare motociclete e trovare il modo di fare escursioni attraverso Google Maps. In breve, la gestione Ibis, effettua alcune ricerche sui turisti occidentali, fornisce brochure di escursioni a FO, e assicurarsi che FO abbia informazioni sui cicli motori e noleggio auto. In sintesi, Ibis è un hotel fisso a un prezzo ragionevole, ma purtroppo non è sufficientemente concentrato sui turisti occidentali.

The room is clean, but quite old. The aircon is not cool and the refrigerator is not working. The hallway also felt stuffy. But staffs are friendly and the food taste great

Nice hotel to stay in Balikpapan, location litte bit unique because going high from mainroads, breakfast also unable to request eggs.

Grande posizione per viaggi d'affari, molto strategico e facile da accedere. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, perfetta per riposare dopo le riunioni. Il personale era amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. Le strutture erano sufficienti e tutto funzionava bene. In generale, un soggiorno piacevole e conveniente per i viaggiatori di business.

Situazione dell'hotel nel centro della città.. vicino al centro.. abbastanza passeggiata è già. C'è una piscina e servizi amichevoli in camera .... Sembra che le infrastrutture siano state migliorate in modo significativo

Blood stains remained on the pillowcase and the bedding didn't look clean. The cleaning condition wasn't bad, but it seems to be old. Maybe because it's the room next to the main road, it was noisy with cars and motorcycles at night. Soundproofing doesn't seem to be good either. Breakfast was neither good nor bad.

Prima di tutto, ho una stanza con cazzo di cuccioli, odore e super umido 😢 Anche se sono rimasto qui 2 volte, ho avuto un'unità sicura ma ho chiesto di cambiare il ricevitore e fortunatamente può essere sostituito Poi la stanza che è stata cambiata ha un problema nel condizionatore dell'aria della stanza, che non è freddo a tutti 😢😔 ma fortunatamente la posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, quindi è facile andare da qualsiasi parte

I have to be objective with all my reviews, and as such, I absolutely cannot recommend this place. For the same reason as you prospective guests, I booked because of its proximity to the airport, however, you do pay a premium for this when better hotels situated further away cost less, however, much like the viewers of this review I wanted somewhere to rest comfortably, and having seen the review score (there is absolutely no way this is a genuine 9+), I opted to stay. Firstly, I have no serious qualms with the staff, though upon leaving my room at check-out one of the cleaning staff was filming me up close with her phone and upon-check-in the other staff member said that I wasn't to bring back women to the room (insane rudeness to insinuate a guest might bring back a **********!). The room water stank of sewage and it was indeed contaminated as my skin was slimey and smelt after the shower which was cold (no hot water) and when I ”washed” my hands. The worst part of this place (and I paid $17) was there not being a bed sheet/duvet. They only provided a blanket which definitely doesnt get washed daily and is therefore the same blanket that has been over multiple guest's bodies which is disgusting. The breakfast they provided was nice though the ”coffee” in the room was undrinkable. The room as a whole was quite worn and dirty in places. Pay for a taxi to the city centre and even after the return airport fare you'll pay the same for a better quality hotel. I cannot recommend this place for the price.
