Fantastico
CCiptaningrumIt is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B:
1. Beautiful old building,
2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window.
Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient:
1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch.
2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items.
3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient.
4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning.
5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

CCunzaizhuyilvxingrenLa stanza è pulita e la vista sul fiume fuori dalla finestra è molto confortevole. Tuttavia, la strada è in costruzione accanto ad essa, quindi è scomodo fare una passeggiata lungo il fiume.
Non ci sono molti alberi nelle strade circostanti, niente parchi e uno stile industriale un po' vecchiotto.
Ma il servizio è buono. Per la colazione si può scegliere un buffet completo, 20 euro, oppure solo pane, dolci, caffè e succhi, 10 euro. Molto ragionevole.
Ho finito per dimenticare il mio iPad in hotel e mi hanno contattato subito e me lo hanno spedito.
L'avanzare dei tempi e il potenziamento dei servizi hanno reso più umana l'esperienza del viaggio.

UUtente ospiteDelusione. La stanza era piccola, i mobili erano stanchi e in grande bisogno di riparazione. Per entrare nel bagno, uno deve mettere una gamba con l’altra gamba fuori e, con la porta semi aperta, portare l’altra gamba - è l’unico modo per entrare. La qualità della camera è molto più bassa rispetto a un tipo di hotel analogo nella maggior parte degli altri paesi, mentre il prezzo è notevolmente più alto. Il parcheggio sotterraneo più vicino è un po' lontano e molto costoso, tutto costoso in quel paese, mentre la qualità della vita è inferiore rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri paesi europei. Molte persone, davvero, in strada! Li vedi vendere in tutto il mondo dei drink autofatti, ma quando torni pochi minuti dopo sono andati tutti - presumibilmente sbattuti via dalla polizia. Visto anche molti senzatetto che dormono fuori, il risultato è incompetenza e malgestione da parte del suo partner di vita, apparentemente. Il tenore di vita in questa città è notevolmente deteriorato rispetto a quello che era il caso 5-10 anni fa. La posizione e la zona circostante sono OK, tuttavia, richiede 15-20 di camminare verso la maggior parte dei siti principali.

Sslj152La mia prima volta a Bordeaux, in Francia, ho scelto l'Hotel n. 56 tra tanti hotel. È un hotel nuovissimo, aperto solo 9 mesi fa, e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! Un hotel qui arricchisce notevolmente l'impressione dell'intera città! Posizione: eccellente, a 400-500 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Bordeaux. L'hotel si affaccia su una galleria d'arte dal design unico e sullo scintillante fiume Doron. Cibo: ho soggiornato 3 notti e ho acquistato la colazione per 3 giorni. Il cibo era fresco, abbondante e di ottima qualità e gusto. Ho anche preso il tè pomeridiano al ristorante dell'hotel; il vino e gli snack erano di ottima qualità e a un ottimo prezzo. Servizio: diversi ragazzi alla reception parlavano un inglese eccellente, rendendo la comunicazione facile. Erano anche molto sinceri e servivano genuinamente ogni ospite. Altamente raccomandato! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

AAlenaPerfect hotel next to the train station. Was choosing between Mercure and Hotel 56 (even booked it first) and difference is grand. Mercure is so much better. Friendly stuff, good amenities. I also left some clothes in the room and they quickly found it and packed it for me. Recommended!

EEffyOhh🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.
🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday.
🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

UUtente ospiteNous avons choisi cet hotel car il se trouve juste a côté de la clinique (a peine 3min a pied ) et nous pouvons vous confirmer que ce fut un excellent choix
Les employés font tres bien les choses dans le respect et le sourire (assez rare pour que cela soit signalé)
Le studio supérieur est tres spacieux et possede également un petit lave vaisselle.
Fortement recommandable
Une seule suggestion me vient a l esprit c'est de mettre un cendrier devant l entrée principale

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students)
Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom
The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view
I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better.
Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante.
Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là
Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception.
