Camera piccola ma confortevole. Parking troppo caro e fornito il prezzo dopo la prenotazione.Posizione molto vantaggiosa vicina al centro città ed ai mezzi di trasporto. Molto bene la colazione

Camera standard in stile Ibis, posizione comoda a pochi minuti da tram e autobus che portano ovunque in centro città. Causa Covid chiedono di segnalare se si desidera la pulizia ogni giorno o meno, noi avevamo richiesto un solo passaggio nel corso del soggiorno (3 notti) ma non è stata comunque effettuata la pulizia. In ogni caso poco male su un soggiorno così breve.

Ottima accoglienza, particolarmente attente al nostro confort, Cecille Kelly e Nati, la posizione dell'Hotel permette di visitare comodamente il centro, a due passi, la zona ben servita e tranquilla.

I was disappointed of how they treated me. They kept saying things in French like either some type of insult or something. It’s disappointing.

Basic but comfortable room, friendly staff. Good for a short stay in Bordeaux. The cleanliness was good. It is carpeted, which I don't like, but the carpets are clean. It's a bit outside the center, but it's just a short tram ride or a 20 min walk crossing the bridge over the river. Note that you only get a big towel each and no small towels, so bring a small one if you need it for hands etc. What is missing is more shelf space for your things.

Stay away. Dirty and small.
Bed linens felt used and towels are thin.
The price may be cheap, but what you get is cheaper.
It's also far from the main parts of Bordeaux. 30min plus walk from the main areas (because you have to cross the river) unfriendly staff. Fortunately, we had a car, but despite the fact that building is far from the main areas, we had to pay for keeping the car from 01:00 to 09:00 (ridiculous).

Loved the decor in hotel and room. Room was big and quiet, at the side overlooking the supermarket and gym. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Lack of towels, only two small thin bath towels, no hand towels. Didn`t like the rough recycled toilet paper. Lack of English tv channels.

There are lots of bonus points such as cleanliness, very good air conditioning, comfortable large double bed, blackout curtains and soundproofed room. On the other hand there are no extras such as a kettle or a fridge and everything is designed to make the room easy to clean so it feels a bit plasticky. If you want to use the underground car park, it is at one end of the Carrefour car park next to the hotel. Take a ticket from the machine as you enter and then look for the Ibis signs and park there. Keep the ticket and pay for the parking at the hotel reception. Then when you leave the hotel take the ticket to reception and they will validate it so that it will open the barrier when you leave the car park. I'm writing this here as I couldn't find this information anywhere else and hope it helps someone.
