Hotel molto carino, situato in prossimità del vecchio porto e vicino a tantissimi ristoranti, attrazioni e mezzi di collegamento, come ad esempio stazione autobus e metro. Camera pulitissima, bel bagno, letto comodissimo. Personale alla reception gent.mo. La colazione è stata varia e di qualità. Ve lo consiglio, e nel caso dovessi ritornare a Marsiglia, non esiterei a prenotare questa struttura.

Прекрасный отель в старом порту Марселя. Выходишь сразу на набережную, идеально для прогулок. Сам отель очень стильный, персонал вежливый, все наши пожелания выполнялись, нам даже сделали апгрейд номера. Номер просторный, с видом на порт и крепость, огромная очень удобная кровать, хрустящие белье, все в лучших традициях. В отеле есть спортзал и открытый бассейн, но было холодно и мы не воспользовались. Завтрак покупали дополнительно 22€, и он роскошен. Свежайшие круассаны, апельсиновый фреш, рыба, все очень вкусное, хороший выбор. В общем отель очень понравился, советую

Il vantaggio principale è la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria, situata in posizione elevata. Trasportare i bagagli in giro per la città, soprattutto in zone come il Porto Vecchio, può essere piuttosto difficoltoso. Prendere la metropolitana e poi un taxi sarebbe un'opzione migliore. Marsiglia è una zona molto collinare. L'ibis è noto per la sua eccellente insonorizzazione: il rumore dei vicini che chiudono le porte è meno forte del rumore fuori dalla finestra. La colazione è abbastanza buona per il prezzo.

Semplicemente un ottimo hotel per chi viaggia con un budget limitato. La camera è calda. Lo spazio è piccolo. Il personale alla reception è davvero accogliente, disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno.

First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
