"The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price."

"L'hotel si trova a fianco della stazione ferroviaria Lille Flandres. Il ricevitore è situato nel bar. Premere la campana sulla porta laterale è inutile. Il numero della stanza non include il numero del piano, quindi assicuratevi di chiedere al ricevitore. Non riuscivo a trovare il pulsante di spruzzatura per il bagno all'inizio. È situato sul lato del bagno. Ci sono molti fili elettrici sotto il bagno, che è strano. In generale, è quello che ho pagato: un hotel economico per catturare il mio treno al mattino."

"L'ampollo che si sbrighi e non è possibile sostituirla, quindi ho dovuto spegnere la luce della stanza e accendere quella della stanza per avere un minimo di luce nella stanza. L'hotel è ben situato, tra la stazione e il centro."

"Ideally located between the railway station and the old city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast with home-made treats (the cake is not to be missed!) Excellent price-performance ratio. Highly recommended."

"We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great location. Beautiful decorated. Comfortable rooms. Lovely communal area. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. What a fantastic place to stay. I travelled with my 67 year old, and as two females we felt so safe. Really great."

"Relativement déçus de notre expérience dans ce Mama Shelter. Bien moins qualitatif que d’autres notamment celui de Bordeaux. Une chambre plus que moyenne niveau propreté, des joints qui commencent à moisir, une fuite d’eau qui n’est pas réparée proprement, un bout du contour de la fenêtre cassé et pas réparé ce qui peut être assez dangereux, une climatisation qui fonctionne en alternance et j’en passe. Et que dire du petit déjeuné, copieux certes mais aucun réassort, il faut passer son temps à demander s’il est possible de venir remettre des assiettes, des fruits, du pain, des tasses etc etc. Et puis quelle surprise de revenir à sa table et de voir que la serveuse a débarrassé toute la table qui comportait encore des boissons et des assiettes pleines. Bref déçus de notre séjour, nous ne reviendrons pas."

"La posizione è molto conveniente se si viaggia o si trova a breve distanza. Per chi viene con la macchina, l'hotel non ha parcheggio, ma ci sono garage accanto, costa circa 30€suplimenti per tutta la notte per parcheggiare la macchina. Altrimenti l'hotel è molto pulito, si sente sicuro e il personale è amichevole. Il colazione era bello e molte scelte. Non c'è niente di glutine-free, avrei bisogno di chiedere in anticipo. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Rimarrei se fossi vicino."
