UUtente ospiteLascia che ti dica che sei il servizio di TRIP.COM. Mi hai addebitato la tariffa per la chiusura della prenotazione dell'hotel. Ho ricevuto la conferma da TRIP.COM via e-mail, numero di prenotazione, camera, ecc. Ovviamente mi addebiti anche se sono arrivato per motivi di lavoro. Sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che l'hotel fosse chiuso durante la pandemia. Non è una coincidenza. No, sembri poco professionale. Ti ho mandato una mail di condanna. A questo proposito, sai quello che mi hai detto è che ci sono molte email in coda. Se fornisci servizi ingannevoli e mi inganni, ho intenzione di condannare le persone che non entri il prima possibile. Questo non mi sorprenderà. , Perché questa situazione non si sta sviluppando bene, quindi ho intenzione di pubblicarlo su tutte le reti il prima possibile, e ho anche intenzione di farlo per un gruppo di persone che hanno la mia stessa esperienza.

UUtente ospiteLe camere sono un po' date, ma si ottiene una cassaforte gratuita nelle camere, risparmiandovi di merda lasciando un deposito presso la ricezione che la maggior parte degli hotel. Dovete tenere la porta con voi in ogni momento perché non potrete usare l'ascensore o accedere alla zona della piscina. Eravamo al secondo piano, quindi non dovevamo usare l'ascensore. Il colazione era davvero bello, i pasti di sera erano notte tematica, ma c'era qualcosa per tutti i letti da sole sempre disponibili. Eravamo fortunati a ottenere una vista sulla piscina che non abbiamo chiesto così è stato un bonus. Vicino al *** e la spiaggia. - Si', lo consiglierei.

JJoD1979Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

MMine OrhonThe best hotel I have ever stayed in.
It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot.
The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain.
And the food… absolutely amazing.
Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations.
During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools.
The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins.
I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back.

UUtente ospiteBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

CCathDavGreat location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner.
It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.

UUtente ospiteHotel bene, ma il personale molto poco amabile e poco risoluto, ho avuto un errore nel prenotare e non mi hanno aiutato in nulla, mi hanno dato il numero per contattare persone che potrebbero risolvere e non mi hanno preso il telefono, Mi hanno dato un altro numero e ero di una persona particolare, molto poco risoluto e poco comprensivo perché come hotel dove ho prenotato dovreste avere un mezzo di contatto dove risolvere questi problemi e non lavarsi le mani così facilmente.

I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay.
However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there.
Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
