Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, sono rimasto affascinato dalla grandiosità e dall'eleganza dell'hotel e ogni aspetto del mio soggiorno ha superato le mie aspettative. Il St. Regis Cairo è una vera testimonianza di lusso e raffinatezza. Nel momento in cui sono entrato nell'opulenta hall, sono stato accolto da una straordinaria esposizione di design moderno mescolato perfettamente con elementi del patrimonio egiziano. L'attenzione ai dettagli era impeccabile, con opere d'arte intricate, arredi squisiti e un magnifico lampadario che mi ha lasciato senza fiato. La mia camera al St. Regis Cairo era un santuario di comfort ed eleganza. La disposizione spaziosa, la biancheria da letto lussuosa e l'arredamento di buon gusto hanno creato un ambiente tranquillo che mi ha fatto sentire immediatamente rilassato. Le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto offrivano viste mozzafiato sul fiume Nilo e mi sono ritrovato a passare ore semplicemente a guardare la scena affascinante davanti a me. Il servizio al St. Regis Cairo è stato davvero eccezionale. I membri del personale erano attenti, professionali e hanno fatto di tutto per garantire che ogni aspetto del mio soggiorno fosse curato. Dalla calorosa accoglienza al momento del check-in al servizio in camera tempestivo e ai consigli personalizzati sulle attrazioni locali, la loro dedizione nel fornire un'esperienza impeccabile è stata evidente ovunque. Uno dei momenti salienti del mio soggiorno è stato cenare negli squisiti ristoranti dell'hotel. Le offerte culinarie erano a dir poco straordinarie, con una vasta gamma di cucine preparate da chef di livello mondiale. Che si tratti di una sontuosa colazione a buffet, di una cena gourmet o di un cocktail al bar sul tetto con vista panoramica sulla città, ogni esperienza culinaria è stata una delizia culinaria. Il St. Regis Cairo vanta anche una serie di servizi impressionanti. Le strutture termali e benessere offrivano un rifugio di relax e ringiovanimento, con una varietà di trattamenti e terapie tra cui scegliere. Il centro fitness all'avanguardia mi ha permesso di mantenere la mia routine di allenamento e la piscina all'aperto mi ha offerto un rifugio sereno per rilassarmi e prendere il sole. La posizione dell'hotel era ideale per esplorare la vivace città del Cairo. Situato lungo le rive del fiume Nilo, offriva un comodo accesso a monumenti iconici come le Piramidi di Giza, il Museo Egizio e i vivaci mercati. Il concierge era sempre disponibile a fornire assistenza e organizzare il trasporto, assicurando che le mie avventure turistiche fossero fluide e divertenti. In conclusione, il mio soggiorno al St. Regis Cairo è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile di lusso, comfort e servizio impeccabile. Dall'estetica straordinaria allo staff eccezionale e ai servizi di prima classe, ogni aspetto dell'hotel ha superato le mie aspettative. Consiglio vivamente il St. Regis Cairo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno davvero eccezionale in questa straordinaria città e non vedo l'ora di tornare in questo paradiso di indulgenza in futuro.

Tutto è fantastico, personale molto disponibile, bella posizione, camere pulite.

Lo chef addetto alla colazione è stato molto gentile e cordiale. L'hotel era pulito e il personale gentile. Anche la piscina era pulita. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno confortevole.

The hotel facilitators are very basic, standard swimming pool, spa and others, room is well maintained but there areas that not very clean, like the shower room. Worth mentioning, the Lebanese restaurant was great, worth trying.

The service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..

In general, it is not bad for me to stay in a single room with a common bathroom for 10 nights. Above all, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff's efforts to manage the City Hostel clean which is too old and out fashioned building. * Location & Transportation Without noise, it is the best location to stay. It is located at 2 2-minute walk distance from Attaba subway station that connects to the Ramsis Railway Station and the Egypt Museum, only 1~3 stops away, charging 6 EGP per way. Of course, you can go to both by walk in 20 minutes. It means you can also enjoy the Nile riverside which is close to the museum. And it is a 2-minute walk distance from the Attaba market which is the biggest public market in Cairo and so many locals visit to buy their livelihoods stuff at a cheap price. In addition, you can also walk to the Al Azhar Mosque and Khan El-Khalili traditional market in 30 minutes, and St. Marc Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in AL Azbakeya in 10 minutes Two problems I experienced are firstly the noi⁹sy from 8 am to 3 am outside the building due to market area and cars' horns. It took 3 days for me to adapt it. Any room in the hostel cannot escape it without changing the windows to soundproof ones. If you are sensitive to sound, it is better to find other lodges in a residential area or modernized ones. Secondly, its location on the Uber taxi map and other maps is not accurate, so drivers have some problems in finding the city hostel. I have to meet them in front of the KFC next to the Attaba subway station. The signboard of the hotel is too small to recognize it. * Building and room conditions Like many other buildings in Cairo, the hostel building is old and shabby. The interior design and facilities are also outdated. However, the staff manages it so clean, particularly a common toilet and shower room. It is quite convenient a washstand in each room. However, it is bad there is no electronic kettle to boil water in a room or a common space. I could not enjoy my tea or coffee time at any time. I have to ask for hot drink water every morning when receiving breakfast, and store it in my tumbler. It will be better to provide a tea or coffee service area in the hostel. * Cleanness & Safety Cleanness and safety are very good. I have no issue with this. * Services There is no basic service that most guesthouses provide in general: toilet paper and drink water. Wifi is too weak to use the internet. Other services like laundry are satisfied. * Others During my stay, I couldn't enjoy having an exchange time with other travelers. I think it is because there is no reason to stay in a common space where only sofas and a table are. Largely guesthouse provides a commonplace where guests enjoy better the internet or drinks including tea or coffee and foods, which makes guests meet each other naturally and structurally. In conclusion, if the hostel provides basic services like toilet paper and commonplace with drink water and electronic kettles, it will be much better. And it is necessary to change its signboard so that is more recognizable. Except issues I mentioned above, it is a very good budget lodge.

L'hotel si trova a 3-5 minuti a piedi dall'attrazione Pharaohs Village e c'è un bancomat proprio accanto. La posizione è relativamente buona. Le camere sono riscaldate, i servizi sono piuttosto completi e la colazione è abbondante. Il prezzo è ragionevole e sono generalmente soddisfatto.
