Hotel vicino a Prigione degli Studenti (Studentenkarzer), Heidelberg

Sinceramente devo dire che lo ricomprerei! Questo è il migliore ostello della mia esperienza di viaggio fino ad ora. Lo staff e io pensiamo che chi è il proprietario dell'ostello sia così gentile? Ha preparato tutto per te e ti sentirai come a casa. Avena gratuita per tutti e sono rimasto colpito dalle decorazioni accoglienti. La posizione è buona per visitare qualsiasi attrazione turistica e vicino alla stazione di Telpher. Questo è un ostello fantastico e lo prenoterò di nuovo per godermi il castello di Heidelberg 🏰.

Se cercate un hotel che vi faccia sentire come in un appartamento... questo è il posto giusto. Lo Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg è un mix perfetto tra comfort e praticità, ideale soprattutto per famiglie o soggiorni più lunghi. ✔️ Camera completamente attrezzata (frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, microonde) ✔️ Reception super cordiale e personale addetto alla colazione disponibile ✔️ Colazione inclusa e ne vale la pena ✔️ Fermata dell'autobus e del tram proprio di fronte all'hotel ✔️ Ristoranti nelle vicinanze + comodo servizio di consegna Lieferando Tutto era pulito, moderno ed esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Ho anche filmato la camera e la sala colazione: nessuna sorpresa, solo un soggiorno solido e affidabile. Ci tornerei? Assolutamente sì.

Ottima posizione vicino alla zona pedonale; colazione fantastica ben curata. Unica nota negativa l’ubicazione della camera: bisogna salire al secondo piano con l’ascensore e poi scendere dalla scala a piedi con le valigie fini al primo piano.  Buona l’accoglienza per il nostro cane, ma sarebbe carino prevedere almeno un regalino di benvenuto

The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Great location. Clean rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, though should have checked this before booking. Parking expensive and difficult to find, so need clear instructions. TV remote didn’t work. Gave our room to someone else, which was frustrating having been travelling and on the move for 13 hours, but gave a parking refund due to the inconvenience whilst they sorted another room.

Location: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf. Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!) Lift: old and small but it works! Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out. Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small. Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

Good location, good breakfast. Reception was great, really detailed information when checking in. Also, have a free luggage storage service after check out
