FFRANCISSEOWSpent 2 nights. Location is excellent, close to the main train station, and short walking distance to most attractions and eateries. Breakfast spread is wide. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserSe cercate un hotel che vi faccia sentire come in un appartamento... questo è il posto giusto. Lo Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg è un mix perfetto tra comfort e praticità, ideale soprattutto per famiglie o soggiorni più lunghi. ✔️ Camera completamente attrezzata (frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, microonde) ✔️ Reception super cordiale e personale addetto alla colazione disponibile ✔️ Colazione inclusa e ne vale la pena ✔️ Fermata dell'autobus e del tram proprio di fronte all'hotel ✔️ Ristoranti nelle vicinanze + comodo servizio di consegna Lieferando Tutto era pulito, moderno ed esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Ho anche filmato la camera e la sala colazione: nessuna sorpresa, solo un soggiorno solido e affidabile. Ci tornerei? Assolutamente sì.

GGuest UserOttima posizione vicino alla zona pedonale; colazione fantastica ben curata. Unica nota negativa l’ubicazione della camera: bisogna salire al secondo piano con l’ascensore e poi scendere dalla scala a piedi con le valigie fini al primo piano. Buona l’accoglienza per il nostro cane, ma sarebbe carino prevedere almeno un regalino di benvenuto

UUtente ospiteWe booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'intero hotel sembra vecchio, e la porta del bagno nella stanza non può essere chiusa. Il condizionamento d'aria ha problemi di raffreddamento costante, e non c'è riscaldamento. Tuttavia, il personale del desk front e il personale del servizio ristorante sono relativamente amichevoli. La selezione del colazione è anche molto ricco. Tuttavia, rispetto agli hotel a quattro stelle a Taiwan, le strutture qui sembrano ormai obsoleti. Gli hotel di Taiwan sono più nuovi e puliti, e la selezione di cibo è anche più abbondante.

UUtente ospiteAll in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

MMichaelOverall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!
