Hotel vicino a Stazione Hauptbahnhof di Lipsia, Lipsia

Un hotel davvero carino. La camera era spaziosa e avevamo una vista fantastica. Tutto era pulito e in ordine. Posizione centralissima. Personale molto cordiale. Colazione ottima.

The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

The hostel itself is very nice but in an old building where the stairs and the room floor are making noises. The courtyard was closed on my second night so it was quit to have some sleep. The rooms have lockers which is very nice but there aren‘t sockets on every bed. A curtain would be nice too. Don‘t know why german hostels are not having any curtains. It was of course very hot inside but it was a cooler day so leaving the windows open was at least an option. Some guests were loud and running up and down the stais. I suggest to tell the people during check in to keep their voices down during quit time. They have coffee and breakfast which was good.

Der Service beim Frühstück sowie im Barbereich war leider enttäuschend. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich das Barpersonal offen über andere Gäste beschwert hat, die Cocktails bestellt haben. Ein solches Verhalten wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Insgesamt erschien das Auftreten in diesen Bereichen eher unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal im Parkservice und beim Check-in. Dieses war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Leider konnte dieser gute Eindruck die negativen Erfahrungen im Servicebereich nicht vollständig ausgleichen.

Visita l'hotel e ha avuto una così piacevole ed positiva esperienza. Sono stato benvenuto al check-in, con una persona amichevole e gentile. Ho avuto una stanza che guardava la piazza centrale, e la stanza era grande. Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli, con accesso a una cucina. Per la posizione, il costo e la qualità del servizio e l'hotel, consiglierei molto questo hotel.

First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden which gets a little noisy, like the street. It's hard to describe the location because Leipzig doesn't really have an identifiable center, aside from a small shopping area in another part of the city. It's a bit between old fashioned decent and almost ghetto. There are nearby supermarkets and fast food outlets and event some pubs; one corner of a street on the way to Kaufland was almost lively. Recommended for a likely short stay of 1 or 2 nights in Leipzig. Similar to other options in the city.

The hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Hotel appena fuori dal centro ma ottimo. In 5 minuti di auto siete alla stazione centrale dove parcheggiare e iniziare la visita alla città. Classico hotel “di lavoro” ma ordinato e pulito. Camera enorme e bagno perfetto. Colazione super. Staff ottimo.
