Hotel vicino a Museo Wuxi, Wuxi

This is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review. As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities. In short: Room# 8431 & 8331 Check-In on 04-Sep Check-Out on 09-Sep Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel. Room & Cleanliness: Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached. Ammenities & Facilities: A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms. By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites. Breakfast: Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption. Surroundings: There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also. Overall, we had a good stay.

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Hotel Usuites, e devo dire che sono stato molto impressionato dalla mia esperienza. Infatti, mi è piaciuto così tanto che ho deciso di prolungare il mio soggiorno! Una delle più importanti delle mie ore all'Hotel Usuites è stata la vista stupenda, e dalla mia stanza mi sono salutata con una vista incantevole che ha esteso la linea cieca della città e oltre. Era davvero una vista da vedere, e mi trovai costantemente attirato alla finestra per prendere in scena disgustosa. Il hotel ha un design contemporaneo e elegante che ha esaltato lusso e sofisticazione. L'attenzione ai dettagli della decorazione era evidente, e si è fatta per un ambiente incredibilmente invitante e confortevole. Il personale dell'Hotel Usuites era incredibilmente attento e amichevole, andando sempre sopra e oltre per assicurarmi che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte. Le domande o le richieste che avevo fatto sono state sollevate immediatamente e la loro dedizione al servizio eccezionale è stata davvero espressa. L'hotel Usuites è stato ideale, poiché ha consentito un facile accesso a varie attrazioni, ristoranti e negozi. Che volessi esplorare la vita notturna vivace della città o scoprire i suoi tesori culturali, mi trovai convenientemente situato per farlo. In generale, il mio soggiorno esteso presso l'Hotel Usuites non era altro che eccezionale. Se stai cercando un hotel che promette un piacevole soggiorno con una vista invincibile, consiglio fortemente Hotel Usuites.

Servizio clienti eccellente. In particolare, la signora Tangyuan alla reception che ha fatto di tutto per aiutarci. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Wuxi, grazie all'ospitalità e ai servizi dell'hotel.

We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I left an item in the room after check-out, and the team was very helpful in making sure I got it back. Their support was greatly appreciated. A very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Esci a giocare con i tuoi amici. Questo è un hotel ad alto cielo molto strano. Dovrebbe essere per il tipo di camera gratuita che non sa molto che fare. Poi ho scoperto che è un atteggiamento di servizio gratuito molto buono. Amore di bere acqua con i tuoi amici. È un po'scioccante la notte, dicendo se possiamo darci un po' d'acqua, Il ricevitore non c'è più, ma ci ha ordinato la vendita, ha ordinato una scatola direttamente, non c'è bisogno di dire l'atteggiamento del servizio.

Entusiasmo, disposto a fornire tutti i tipi di aiuto, il piccolo uomo è molto entusiasmo, le strutture della stanza sono complete, la colazione è anche molto buona, molto vicino alla zona sceneggiata, e sono arrivati a piedi.

Mi aspettavo che un posto si chiamasse il Grand Hotel. Non era nemmeno la media (al meglio). Check-in non era molto amichevole. La stanza aveva molte domande, per esempio la metà delle luci non funzionava, quindi la stanza era molto buia tutto il tempo che ero lì. Il Wifi era davvero spotto e difficile da firmare. Il letto era ok, aveva un sonno così tanto. A dire il vero, sono rimasto in luoghi molto migliori a Wuxi per un prezzo molto più economico, ma ero stanco e non volevo lamentarmi o cambiare le camere/hotel. Dirò che ero molto deluso per il prezzo. Ho scelto questo posto solo per il tubo e la piscina. Il tubo era ok e per essere onesti dopo aver visto lo stato della stanza non mi dispiaceva nemmeno della piscina. Mi sono accorto se la stanza non fosse così grande, allora probabilmente non puliscono bene la piscina. Il servizio di aria condizionata era una battuta, non era affatto cool, la TV era antica e ho dovuto rompere le batterie per farla funzionare. Non è stato così gentile nemmeno.Un paio di positivi, il campanello mi ha aiutato a lasciare le mie borse, e posso dire che le ragazze al colazione mattina erano molto gentili e gentili ...ma non è colpa loro, il cibo era piuttosto orribile. Almeno il caffè era decente e abbondante. In generale, il resto del personale mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi un grosso disturbo mentre ero lì. Il mio consiglio è di controllare le recensioni e ottenere un hotel migliore per altrove per molto meno soldi. Non tornerò a questo vecchio hotel scioccato e dodgy.

這家酒店的地理位置簡直太方便了！臨近高鐵站，太湖、萬達廣場，周邊餐飲、便利店選擇很多，解決吃飯和購物完全不是問題。雖然地處繁華地段，但房間內很安靜。房間大小合適，佈局合理，基本設施完善且維護得很好。以這個地段和價格來説，性價比真的非常高！服務人員態度也很好，反應迅速。強烈推薦給注重出行便利和性價比的朋友！
