Hotel vicino a Stazione di Wuchang, Wuhan

Hanno lavastoviglie, ma non c'è fornitura di detergenti per lavare i bagni. Spero che la prossima volta possano preparare i clienti.

L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e alla strada pedonale di Jianghan Road. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista fiume, la vista era ampia e lo skyline notturno bellissimo. Le strutture della camera sono smart e facili da usare, e la pulizia era impeccabile. Il personale della reception e gli addetti al servizio erano tutti molto cordiali. Se torneremo a Wuhan in futuro, sceglieremo di nuovo questo Atour. L'unico piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stato che il venerdì sera c'è stato un forte vento e, essendo al 55° piano, si sentiva un leggero tremolio; all'inizio abbiamo avuto un po' paura, ma il giorno dopo, quando il vento si è calmato, tutto è tornato alla normalità.

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Molto confortevole, il letto è pulito e molto comodo.

L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo e particolare, l'ambiente della sala da pranzo è ottimo e la colazione è stata molto piacevole. Il personale è stato molto cordiale ed educato, sentirsi salutare proattivamente mette davvero di buon umore. La camera era più grande di quanto mi aspettassi e ho dormito comodamente. Al sesto piano c'è anche una lavanderia a gettoni self-service, il che è comodo. La palestra non era affollata, quindi si può fare un po' di corsa se si ha tempo. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto di questo hotel e ci tornerò se ne avrò l'occasione.

From the pristine cleanliness to the impeccable service, it stands head and shoulders above the Hilton Hotel downstairs. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every corner of the hotel. Scenery: The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Whether gazing out at the bustling cityscape or enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the scenery is unparalleled compared to the Hilton. The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm. Pricing: Despite its high quality and stunning scenery, the Shell Hotel offers pricing that is more reasonable than the Hilton. We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)
