Hotel vicino a Ponte Shiji, Haikou

We stayed 2 nights. The counter staff were friendly and able to help us in our queries on where to eat and shop. Housekeeping was polite and greeted us whenever they meet us in the corridor. The room was fine and voice activated which was great as we can instruct it to open the curtains and adjust the curtains. The view was great with the ceiling to floor windows. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.

Hotel bellissimo. Pulito e tecnologico. Vista panoramica dalla lobby al 33esimo piano magnifica. Colazione buonissima e posizione ottima.staff molto qualificato. Torneremo sicuramente.

Non so da dove cominciare, un posto surreale. Enorme. C'è di tutto. Zona piscina interna grandissima e bellissima. Zona piscina fuori non usufruita perché era inverno. C'è anche una zona centro commerciale negozi, per lo più negozi per il golf, ma non sembra davvero di essere in un hotel. Camere bellissime Colazione strepitosa La zona termale è molto diversa da quelle che abbiamo in Italia, molto grande anche se un po' ripetitiva. L'unica parte con gli idromassaggi è la parte a America. Il resto sono per lo più vasche di acqua a dicesse temperature. Area termale enorme. C'è anche una parte al coperto. Mettere in conto di camminare molto. Nel complesso è stata una bellissima esperienza, certamente un'esperienza unica

Spacious king room. Toilet bowl flushes not working the best - takes a lot of time to be able to flush the next round. Apart from that, stay was good with friendly staff around. Not the most impressed with cleanliness - there were two staff who came up wanting to retrieve something from the toilet. The staff who entered our room and toilet wore shoes inside the entire time. We had to request the 2nd staff to help us clean the areas he stepped on. Makes us wonder if they usually clean the room while wearing outside shoes.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per il Dragon Boat Festival e l'hotel è davvero fantastico, perfetto per famiglie con bambini. L'hotel aveva persino organizzato attività per bambini durante il festival, così i nonni hanno potuto portare i piccoli a partecipare, lasciandomi libero di godermi un po' di relax in hotel. Il servizio di Erin dell'hotel è stato eccezionale, si è offerta proattivamente di aiutarci. La sera ci ha anche consigliato di provare il buffet, che era ottimo e con un'ampia varietà di piatti.

L'hotel scelto per vedere la valutazione non è davvero deludente. Il servizio di ricetta è molto buono. Il super entusiasmo ci ha anche aggiornato il modello della camera. Ci ha dato la colazione. La colazione e la nutrizione sono sani. Le strutture della camera sono molto buone. Il condizionamento è particolarmente piacevole. Ci sono problemi e risolvere in tempo. Il servizio dell'hotel stellare è particolarmente elogiato dalla signorina Reception Xiao Zhou.
