La posizione è fantastica e fino alle ultime ore siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito al loro quarto piano, recentemente ristrutturato, e quella camera era davvero fantastica. Non sapevamo che cucinassero bene la cena, quindi siamo usciti, ma avremmo dovuto cenare all'Homestay. La colazione era molto semplice ma soddisfacente. Offrono un trasferimento a Shaolin in un'auto super bella e tanta acqua gratuita da portare con sé durante il giorno. Finora tutto bene. Ora forse ci siamo persi nella traduzione, ma abbiamo indicato di farci dare un passaggio per la nostra prossima tappa a un costo tra 260 e 380 tramite l'app Didi. Troppo caro, ci hanno detto, e ci hanno offerto di chiamare un taxi. Il taxi, tuttavia, costava 445, una tariffa molto più alta. Tutte le tariffe includevano il pedaggio. Location molto bella, il punto di forza è la vista sulla città , invece come servizi lo ho trovato un filo al di sotto dell’hilton nella stessa città… comunque lo consiglio per l’esperienza Personale gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aiutato molto con le valigie

酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰27廣場，交通便利。距二七廣場商場遺址及二七紀念塔很近，出行遊覽非常方便。 客房床品舒適，空間足夠，床鋪尺寸很大，保證了良好的休息。本次入住房間無窗，通風稍顯不足。衞生間為乾濕分離設計，佈局合理，但洗手盆尺寸略小。 整體住宿體驗良好，符合品牌一貫的乾淨衞生標準，服務穩定可靠。考慮到其地理位置與合理價格，性價比不錯，是商務或出行的一份可靠選擇。

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

I went for the cheapest and most basic room, and it was very cheap! So whilst this review might seem negative here and there, it's merely a description of what I expected. Firstly, it was January and was unusually cold for Zhengzhou, having recently snowed and with sub-zero temperatures. So I expected the room to be cold, as heating isn't the norm in this part of China (as it is in the North). But the air con which one normally relies on, only blew cold air and for some reason wouldn't go above 17°C, so I turned it off. (pic) The room had windows, but was behind a facade and allowed in very little daylight. (pic is the daytime pic of the window without the room lights on). Instead of the Queen bed I expected, I had two very large singles, so I doubled up on the duvets and I was very warm whilst in bed. I found the small things annoying, like plastic slippers that hurt your feet (pic) that other people have worn; coat hangers in the bathroom but not even a nail in the door to hang your coat. I used a broken edge of the door to hang my coat(pic) . And two paper cups (no bottled water but the kettle worked well). And only one towel, albeit a large one. And the big gap all around door (pic) which let in smoking smells from other rooms, as well as the light from the hall. The pillows, and bedding were comfortable and clean. The hot water was hot (I didn't dare to shower because of the cold). The w/c functioned well, and although the beds were characteristically hard, I slept very well. There were better rooms free which they could have given me, but they chose to give me an inferior room, which I am reviewing. The TV worked but I couldn't get any channels on it. I've successfully used that type of TV before so I don't know what I was doing wrong. WiFi was good. The decor appeared 'grubby' but this is normal in China. Check-in was quick and OK. I booked a (free) lift to airport for the next morning, but when I turned up at the time agreed, there was nobody at reception, so I took the subway, which was adequate. I recommend it if you are on a budget. It was cheap. I'll try somewhere else next time. The location is great and there's an abundance of hotels in the area.

Ogni mese andro'diverse volte nel porto di Zhuzhou e vivono all'hotel Wanxia.Esce dalla stazione di metropolitana di Duanxia e cammina vicino al lago presto all'hotel. Le belle donne che ricevevano la reception del primo piano sono sempre così educate e amichevole. Ogni volta che mi sono organizzato, la stanza ospite è molto soddisfatta. L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, le strutture sono complete, il trasporto è conveniente, l'igiene pulita e il servizio è eccellente!!
