La stanza corrisponde alle foto mostrate ed è molto confortevole. Anche la posizione è ottima, a letteralmente 1 minuto dalla metro e con tanti locali nelle vicinanze. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, era perlopiù pulita ma ci sarebbero da migliorare delle cose, però almeno le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e i sanitari erano puliti.

the hotel staff are approachable and helpful. i asked for a room change to match the description of the room i booked and it was promptly done. the room is cozy just that the mattress is a bit hard. the hotel has washing machines and you can dry your clothes on the roof or in the room. the hotel location is very near the changsha high speed rail station. it is well connected to popular attractions via metro and public buses. there are many eateries around especially near the changsha station. i deposited one of my luggage at the hotel while i visit a nearby attraction.

Eccellente! Il 7 Days Inn è fantastico e conveniente. UUtente ospiteGreat place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5.
The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation.
For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

MMishDishBishThis hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs.
My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number.
Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes.
The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service!
One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests.
I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.

Location:
We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed.
Service:
The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map.
We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm).
Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout.
Cleanliness & Room:
The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features.
The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha.

AAijiangqingL'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione ed è molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Dalla finestra si può ammirare il fiume Xiangjiang e l'hotel è visibile anche da Orange Isle, apparentemente uno di fronte all'altro.
L'hotel era abbastanza pulito e la donna delle pulizie al 19° piano è stata molto disponibile e accogliente. Anche il tè pomeridiano offerto dall'hotel era molto buono; l'ambiente era piacevole, il servizio eccellente e la tranquillità.
Per quanto riguarda i problemi con l'ascensore menzionati in alcune recensioni, è vero che nelle ore di punta possono verificarsi tempi di attesa, ma fortunatamente ci sono aree relax nella hall dove è possibile sedersi, quindi non causano alcun problema.
Nel complesso, l'hotel è stato buono sotto tutti gli aspetti e qualsiasi esigenza o problema è stato risolto rapidamente. È stato un soggiorno fantastico.

From the moment I stepped into Tyndall Hotel · Gap, I knew this place was exactly my vibe. 🖤 Sleek lines, art-inspired interiors, and that minimalist luxury look that makes every corner feel like a magazine cover.
And the best part? I somehow ended up staying on the 58th floor. 😭✨ Like, who even gets this lucky?! The skyline view was unreal. Morning sunlight, night lights, clouds floating below me, it felt like living in the sky. ☁️🌆
Now… let’s talk about the bedding. For the first time ever, I slept in a hotel without white sheets, and it was such a game changer. The sheets were silky-smooth, the duvet was extra fluffy, you can literally feel the difference in quality. 💫 It’s the kind of bed that hugs you back.
The shower system? Just a press of a button. 🚿 Everything about this hotel screams modern comfort and effortless luxury. Even the lights and curtains can be controlled from the smart panel, pure satisfaction.
💬 Staff were very lovely (very attentive), I sat at the lobby and they immediately came and serve me a hot tea, service was smooth, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the subway and surrounded by cool cafés and shops.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio è molto buono, anche l'igiene è ottima, i trasporti all'interno dell'hotel sono molto comodi, anche le strutture e le attrezzature sono molto complete. È la prima volta che vengo a Changsha con i miei amici. Anche il clima a Changsha è molto buono. È una città molto adatta al turismo. Nel centro città ci sono molti posti dove mangiare ed è anche molto comodo prendere la metropolitana. La gente di Changsha è molto gentile e ci sono molti posti da visitare nel centro della città, come l'Isola di Orange. La zona pedonale è molto frequentata e animata. Il cibo è prevalentemente piccante, ma il sapore è molto buono. Se ne avrò l'occasione la prossima volta, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel. È molto vicino all'aeroporto. Se usciamo per giocare il giorno dopo, possiamo lasciare i bagagli alla reception del capo. Grazie mille, grazie capo.
