"Good location for a short walk to Rogers. Parking was well lit and there was easy access to the building from there. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even delivered first aid supplies to the room late in the evening!"

"Booked the room couple days before but when i arrived at the hotel, our room was given to another guest who the receptionist said had the same name as mine. I dont know how it happened as it is protocol for hotel staff to ask for id for verification. So it took it some time before they they gave us new room and i needed to come back at the front desk the next morning to fix the mix-up that they have caused. The good thing is Trip.com was very helpful and urgent in assisting me with my check-in problem. Trip.com agent went out and beyond the service she provided. And because of that, I will be a loyal Trip.com client."

"Tre signore sono rimaste per due notti. Vorremmo che l'hotel fornisse un asciugacapelli e un corno di scarpe nella stanza. Prenotiamo per tre adulti, ma per due persone, ma per tovaglioli, caffè e bicchieri. L'acqua al tubo era molto lenta.
