UUtente ospiteI booked Fly in Baku hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted with their stay. Everything was perfect from the moment they arrived until the day they checked out. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and quiet – exactly what you need for a relaxing trip. The hotel itself has a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that made them feel at ease right away.
What really made their stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A very special thanks goes to Mr. Jafar Jabarov, who went above and beyond to make sure my parents had the best experience possible. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He made them feel cared for and at home throughout their stay. I highly recommend Fly in Baku to anyone visiting Baku. If you are looking for a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service, this is the perfect place. My parents returned with only good memories, and we are very grateful to the entire team.

LLelia8585L'hotel ha la posizione più prospera nel centro tra la vecchia città e vicino alla strada pedonale. Nelle vicinanze del ristorante marivan e del formaggio per i più deliziosi. Il personale dell'hotel è molto utile. La stanza era acqua. L'unica cosa che ha fatto disturbare questa sala, per un livello così hotel è piccolo e inconfortabile in un soffitto senza finestre.

UUtente anonimoDas Hotel liegt in der Altstadt. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Hotel neu renoviert wurde. Es verfügt über drei Etagen, wobei sich in der ersten und zweiten Etage die Gästezimmer befinden. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein Dachfenster, da es in der Zweiten Etage unterm Dach befand. Obwohl es In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand, ist mit das nicht aufgefallen. Das war aber kein Problem, da das Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügte, was man selbst einstellen konnte. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, ein Zimmer aber in der ersten Etage nehmen.

MMaddie2509La camera dell'hotel era piccola e perfetta per un viaggiatore solitario. Mi piaceva tenere la finestra aperta per vedere una vista fantastica della torre di fiamme e tutto tra di loro. Il colazione complimentare era davvero fantastico e riempiente. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione di metro Icherisheher ma non è necessario utilizzare il metro come biglietto non è turistico.L'hotel ha quasi tutto quello che dovete vedere a pochi passi. Dovresti solo salire i camion a bolt super-accessibili organizzando il pick-up dalla stazione di metro Icherisheher forse all'aeroporto e da e verso il centro Hyder Aliyev.

RRita around the globeAbbiamo fatto due diverse prenotazioni (2 notti + 1 notta) così sono state date due camere diverse, che hanno reso l'esperienza completamente diversa. La prima era super bello, sorprendente pulizia e la stanza aveva così tanta luce (in questo caso, consiglio molto questo Ibis). Ma la seconda stanza aveva un odore terribile di tabacco, nonostante avesse chiesto una stanza non fumante (è stato così male che non potevo neanche dormire) e una finestra, ma entrambe le esperienze avevano una cosa in comune: un personale insopportabile. È un buon hotel andare direttamente nella vostra stanza.La mia conclusione è che la vostra esperienza dipenderà davvero dalla fortuna che siete nella stanza che vi assegnano.

UUtente ospiteDecided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è più di 3* che 4*. Vicino è un edificio che aggiunge rumore, polvere e, rispettivamente, distrugge la vista dalla finestra. Nel settimo piano consiglio di non sistemare, come nell'ottosimo c'è un ristorante 24-hour, che si svolge periodicamente diversi eventi, dopo i quali il personale ha messo indietro i mobili. È difficile dormire in un calendario così, perché l'isolamento del rumore è naturalmente nessuno. Gli spettacoli sono diversi, la tavola svedese, ma la qualità del cibo sulla azienda tre. Il letto è pulito, ma con fori. Alla vecchia città in un passo veloce circa 25-30 minuti. In generale, non posso dire che sia stato terribile, ma la seconda volta non tornerò all'hotel.

UUtente anonimoLocated along a main street before 4 Seasons, on the fringe of Old City and opposite the Seaside Boulevard. Walk, catching a bus or taxi are all very easy. Food is readily available as there's Room Service, Rooftop terrace in the hotel, restaurants aplenty around the hotel or short walk away. Daniz Mall and Park Bulvar Mall are closest.
Staff are generally helpful and polite. Even though they may struggle with our English, every effort is made to assist. This is especially so with most of the reception and breakfast service staff.
Housekeeping would have been great for me if they had not returned a pouch I'd left behind in the bedside table. There's nothing of real value in it ( to me), except a printed copy of my passport and phone charging cable. It's frustrating as I'd contacted them the day after I'd checked out and no one else had been staying in that room since I'd left.
Rooms in the hotel are large, with a small foyer where the wardrobe is located. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Getting a room on the back (no Caspian sea view) was great as it's quiet. Bathroom was horrible as the sanitary system was old and gave off a strong stench that hit you the moment you open the room door. Flush was also not working properly. Shower stall doors were old and water leaks onto the bathroom floor when you shower, making it a hazard if you're not careful.
Breakfast spread was ok, offering both hot and cold dishes. Fresh vegetables and fruits were available too. The coffee and tea need big improvements though.
My biggest gripe was the refusal by tge hitel to move me to a room without the stench. As per my return to search for my pouch, that room (206) was definitely not often used.

Trip.com’s easy-to-navigate platform and accurate hotel information made booking a breeze. Overall, our experience at Hotel Wyndham Baku was excellent, and we highly recommend both the hotel and Trip.com for a seamless travel experience.

UUtente ospiteОтель находится в старом городе и на все экскурсии я ходила пешком за пару минут, потому что Old City Inn в паре минут от ворот старого города, а обычно там встречаются с туристами экскурсионные группы. Отель уютный всего на 15 номеров, если для вас важно, то лифта нет - есть винтовая лестница, оно и к лучшему, в Баку очень вкусная пахлава ))) Завтрак на 5 этаже - с окнами на старый город и Каспий. Завтрак это: омлет или яичница, томаты, огурцы, колбаса, разные виды сыров, хлеб и масло + чай или кофе. Но если вам не хочется завтракать в отеле - вокруг очень много заведений которые предлагают завтрак на любой вкус.
У меня был номер с большой кроватью, который убирали когда я оставляла ключ на респешен и просила убрать, без запроса они не заходят в номер! А так были нужны в разное время: утюг, тарелка, штопор - принесли. В душе мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, есть одноразовые тапочки.
На респшен работают замечательные гостеприимные люди, Ягиана - душа отеля, она заботливая, эмоциональная, всегда ответит на миллион вопросов, проконсультирует куда поехать на море, где самая вкусная пахлава, как будто к ней в гости приехала, она замечательно разговаривает на русском. И Ферзали - улыбчивый и разговорчивый парёнек, поднимающий настроение (с ним на местном или на английском).
В моём номере розетки были не очень удобно расположены и стены тонкие, слышимость отличная. А в остальном - мне понравилось. Расположение - лучшее, какое только можно представить (находится в самом старом городе и до метро недалеко и до набережной, до Музея ковра минут 15-20 пешком). Если у вас большой багаж, то будет трудновато тащить его по мощёной мостовой старого города в горку.
