Fantastico
UUtente ospiteMy first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3.
The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”.
Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review.
1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels.
2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative.
3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious.
4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable.
Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

CChosen ClareteOttimo hotel apartamentale vicino all'aeroporto. Solo FYI circa il loro autobus di navetta, il loro primo traghetto del giorno lascia come 4:55am con intervalli 30-min quindi assicurati di contattare il servizio di navetta se dovete lasciare prima di 4:55am.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Le scelte alimentari sono abbondanti durante il colazione e possono ordinare diversi stili di uova e preparazioni di cucina durante il colazione e possono ordinare anche diverse scelte di bevande calde o refrigerate. L'hotel è pulito e la posizione è vicino alla città cinese , al mercato dei paddy e al porto facilmente accessibile alla sala da pranzo a distanza di 7-10 minuti.C'è un show di pompieri sabato sera che durò 5-7minutes.. Ci sono molti ristoranti intorno alla zona e negozi di crema anche . Ci è anche un parco al retro dell'hotel e un parco per bambini. Ho fortemente raccomandato questo hotel. Ci sono 2 piscine nell'hotel al 22esimo piano e al 29esimo piano . L' hotel è accanto al cinema Imax .

XxiaoshumelOttimo ubicazione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Town Hall. Ha anche un Woolworth convenientemente vicino e QVB è appena lungo la strada. La stanza era pulita, il servizio in camera era eccellente e i tovaglioli sono stati sostituiti quotidianamente. Il bagno è abbastanza spazioso e il concierge è molto amichevole.

UUtente ospiteBreakfast was excellent but the room we had on level one was not good. It had steps going down to the bed. As you went into the room the bathroom was on the left tea making on the right then steps down to bed area with TV and lounge to sit on. Not good for us with mobility issue in our late seventies . Had to go up the steps to make tea or use the bathroom. Management explained the room was recently renovated and yes we could tell that but didn’t even have a window to look out. It was so high up in the wall. He said that was the only room available for what I had booked. I have stayed there before and had a lovely room so very disappointed this time.

UUtente ospiteAbsolutamente comoda e bella stanza, e c'è un po' d'acqua libera smerigliata con frutta fresca nel grande lobby di progettazione proprio nella zona di ingresso che è buona 👍🏽
E ci vuole 10 minuti a piedi alla stazione centrale e molto conveniente per andare in molti luoghi nel centro di Sydney

PpornphunWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist.
Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends.
Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr.
Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt.
Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren.
Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.
