Hotel vicino a Stadio Etihad, Docklands

We have stayed for 4 nights in this apartment it’s quite smooth on the arrival date for check in. But after 6pm, you need to contact reception in advance. Our apartment is clean and location is good as we can grab the uber easily for the city visit. Besides, gym and swimming pool is included and security is good enough. For the kitchenette, equipment is adequate for us to cook the food while washing machine is nearby. Definite will come back again. T

Bel appartement moderne, une vue incroyable sur Yarra rivière. Quartier calme et le tram à côté de l’immeuble est un atout immense. Pas loin de station de train et centre ville. La propriétaire a mis tout à notre disposition : huile et sel pour cuisiner et tous les ustensiles, laundry, serviettes…. Les seuls hic : cette histoire de la boîte à clé qui nous a mis en difficulté pour la trouver à notre arrivée. C’etait derrière l’immeuble il faut prendre la clé. Maintenant , on a compris le système. Une couette en plus ou plaide en réserve, à mettre dans le placard, serait magnifique car il faisait froid des fois la nuit. Sinon , cet appartement a tout son charme et son utilité pour un voyage en famille.

L'hotel è molto conveniente. Tre minuti a piedi sono bus gratuito nella città. Il punto di acquisto dell'hotel è quello che uscirà dalla porta posteriore.La porta posteriore è molto comoda per guardare la vista notturna lungo il fiume Yala. La casa è molto grande e il riso è conveniente, cioè l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è peggio.

Il personale dell'hotel era benvenuto e pronto a aiutare.Le strutture e la posizione dell'hotel erano perfette, dalla piscina c'era una splendida vista sul sole che si guardava agli edifici della città. Il bagno è stato progettato e spazioso, l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è stata calma, invitante, pulita e moderna, rendendo confortevole la sua zona di servizio. La sua posizione confortevole ha consentito l'accesso al ”The District” di Docklands con una serie di ristoranti e negozi accanto al trasporto pubblico. divertimento di soggiorno a Melbourne.

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

Buona posizione e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria urbana. Solo lato negativo, vicino a qualche ristorante hindi che gioca sempre la musica irritante.

I stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own.

L'ambiente e la posizione sono buoni, le strutture interne sono anche molto pronte, il senso dello spazio è molto basso, la casa è pulita da migliorare, il pavimento è più polvere, il pavimento non è molto pulito e sporco.L'appartamento è molto conveniente per gli acquisti, ci sono supermercati in due strade. La prossima volta che viaggiate, ci penserete di nuovo qui, e ci sono un senso di vita a casa.

The apartment has an excellent view, small bedrooms with tiny bathrooms. Service was not pleasant, Grace was not very responsive, and stopped replying messages after we checked out. The front desk can not provide luggage storage because this is an Airbnb type of rental, and you need to walk 2 blocks to the office where Grace can store the luggage. If you are not looking for any help or service, this is not a bad deal. Otherwise, get a hotel room.

Location was excellent. Just in front is southern cross station and Spencer outlets. Coles , 7 11 and food stores just across. Otherwise, amenities in the room are the usual.
