AAni M.Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan è una buona opzione nel suo segmento, soprattutto se si apprezza hotel freschi e appena aperti.
L'hotel è stato aperto solo di recente, e si può davvero sentire tutto è assolutamente nuovo, pulito, e fresco, dalle camere alle aree comuni. Le camere si sentono moderne, confortevoli e ben mantenute, rendendo il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.
La posizione può essere leggermente discutibile a seconda di ciò che stai cercando. È ancora molto centrale e a pochi passi da quasi ogni punto principale della città, ma forse un po' più lontano dalle principali aree di cammino e di svago rispetto ad altri hotel centrali. Questo è il ”lungo” di Erevan qui significa camminare intorno a 10-minute, quindi è tutto molto relativo.
Il personale e il servizio erano davvero incredibili, tutti molto benvenuti, attenti e veramente disposti a ospitare gli ospiti in ogni modo possibile. Cercano davvero di aiutare e rendere il soggiorno comodo.
In generale, un'impressione molto piacevole e un hotel mi piacerebbe assolutamente rimanere di nuovo.

It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

SShooraviВыбирали отель в центре, хотелось новый с хорошим сервисом. Угадали на 100%. Отель рекомендую, расположение 10 из 10. Северный проспект, Площадь республики, куча хороших ресторанов, супермаркет и алкомаркет с армянским вином и коньяком, всё в пешей доступности.
Все новое, брали номер улучшенный на 9-м этаже возле СПА, отличный вид из окон. Да, номера не большие, но все что необходимо есть. Убирают хорошо, в ванной халаты и тапочки, косметика, каждый день бутилированная вода и кофемашина в номере. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере тихо.
Лобби небольшое, но с каким-то модным баром, в выходные дни вечером куча молодежи.
Отличное обслуживание, девушка с красивым именем Мариам Яиз, подготовила сюрприз на День рождения, в номере нас ждала бутылка игристого, открытка с пожеланиями на русском и тортик. Приятно.
Большим плюсом считаю наличие кафе Paul внизу отеля. Вход прямо из лобби, можно оплатить картой. На завтрак в отеле не ходили - долго спали, ходили в Paul, отличный кофе, сендвичи, круссаны, свежевыжатый сок.
Отель рекомендую, персонал - молодцы, с удовольствием посетим еще раз.

Разрешили бесплатно выехать из отеля на час позже. В номере чисто, тихо, удобный матрас. Работает круглосуточный ресторан и рум сервис. Ночью голодными не останетесь)

Ho prenotato una notte tramite Trip.com: tutto è esattamente come descritto. La camera è pulita, accogliente e ha alcuni extra utili: un divano che si trasforma in un piccolo letto, un mobiletto aggiuntivo, un bidet in bagno e persino tè e acqua di benvenuto offerti. Anche il materasso è super comodo, cosa che ho apprezzato molto.
Il personale è molto accogliente e gentile. Non c'è ascensore, ma sono felici di aiutarvi con i bagagli e qualsiasi cosa di cui abbiate bisogno.
La posizione potrebbe essere un po' difficile da trovare la prima volta, dato che l'hotel si trova all'interno di un complesso residenziale. Ma una volta arrivati, è facile da raggiungere. Basta cercare la stradina subito dopo Armeconombank, seguirla fino in fondo e, quando raggiungete il cortile, guardate alla vostra destra: vedrete l'edificio.
Questa recensione arriva dopo aver cambiato molti hotel nell'ultima settimana e, onestamente, questo si distingue per il suo valore, comfort e servizio. Sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo al mio prossimo viaggio in Armenia.

UUtente ospiteОтель по соотношению цена- качество оптимален. Близко от аэропорта. Рядом парк и магазины. В номере чайник тапочки. Окно открывается. Минус - нет лифта , но мне это не критично. Тем более багаж помогли доставить. Около отеля есть качели для взрослых очень удобно.

匿匿名顧客Facile raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni: Piazza della Repubblica in 5 minuti, il mercato delle pulci locale in 3 minuti, il supermercato Carrefour in 3 minuti. Detto questo, l'ambiente circostante è un po' buio e silenzioso, con un cantiere proprio accanto all'hotel. Camera spaziosa, una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita all'arrivo. La cosa che non mi piace è l'aria condizionata piuttosto calda (inutile da regolare). Alla fine ho dovuto aprire le finestre, ma poi sono entrate le zanzare. Un'altra cosa non così bella è che la colazione a buffet iniziava piuttosto tardi, alle 8:00. Le escursioni giornaliere di solito iniziano alle 9:00 (e in un'altra località a circa 10-15 minuti di distanza). Questo significa che ho dovuto fare colazione in fretta, entro 15-20 minuti.

Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated.
We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding.
The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes.
The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable.
The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan.
Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!

Mi hanno fatto fare il check-in con due ore di anticipo e mi hanno persino prestato un asciugacapelli. Nei dormitori spesso scoppia una lotta per le prese elettriche, ma è stato bello averne una proprio accanto al letto.
