Hotel vicino a Stazione degli autobus Al Jubail, Sharja

Tutto bene tranne la reception. Ho chiesto 2 volte di posticipare il transfer per l’aeroporto di un’ora e il receptionist non ha preso nota così mi hanno svegliato un’ora prima chiamando in camera

Servizio e struttura ottima. La vista dalla camera era molto bella. Anche la vista dalla sala ristorante (dove viene effettuata la colazione, il pranzo e la cena è veramente molto bella (vi allego una foto). Hotel consigliato.

Questa sistemazione è stata quella che ha reso il nostro viaggio negli Emirati Arabi Uniti un successo. Le stanze erano pulite e spaziose. Il personale era gentile e molto disponibile. Non posso ringraziarli abbastanza per essersi presi cura della mia famiglia durante il loro soggiorno al Pullman Sharjah. Il responsabile giornaliero della reception è stato molto gentile e paziente con noi. Dopo aver sperimentato il servizio scadente di un hotel a Dubai, il Pullman è stato una boccata d'aria fresca. Viaggi, questo è sicuramente un posto dove stare.

Uno dei pochi hotel con spiaggia privata, situato non lontano dall'aeroporto di Sharjah. La struttura è pulita, il personale è cortese e attento e la colazione offre una buona varietà. Frequentato principalmente da turisti provenienti dalla CSI.

A great stat at Novotel Sharjah Expo Center. Great and clean bedroom which had a great view to the lagoon. Breakfast was great, sauna was great, gym was okay! However, the people and hospitality was 10/10 from the cafeteria lounge especially a young woman named June, very polite and helpful. As well as, Sharon from the front desk. Sharon dealt with every question asked and helped with great energy, a contagious smile and laugh. Thank you Sharon!

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Il servizio è molto buono e molto utile. Hanno anche un ristorante e non così costoso, anche il cibo è delizioso. siamo stati 2 notti e hanno offerto un servizio di pulizia il secondo giorno. La posizione è vicina alla strada, quindi è un po' rumorosa, ma è vicina anche all'ipermercato. In generale, è stato un hotel molto consigliato. Grazie.

È un hotel piuttosto vecchio, ma vicino al centro espositivo di Sharjah. Il servizio è stato eccellente; hanno sostituito il letto king-size con un letto singolo sul posto, senza alcun supplemento.

Il posto è vicino all'aeroporto di Sharjah, tuttavia ci è stato detto di non camminare (è vietato e si può essere multati) e abbiamo preso un taxi che ci è costato altri 30 AED.
