Lakewood: hotel con bar

Cutest dinosaur themed hotel. Awesome pool!! Great visit. Perfect for kids! The only thing that was NOT cool was the large shamrock food truck that was delivering stuff at 6 am being loud as hell. Maybe consider having delivery’s like that not so close to the rooms and that early. Otherwise amazing hotel!! Highly recommend

My arrival and check in was apparently a sign of things to come for my week long stay at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 4:15 pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. I asked if there was another king room available and was told no. Since it was a king room I said I would wait, but was then told it’s not available. What do you mean it’s not available? She said it’s”just not”. Ok. then can I get a room away from the interstate and elevator. No problem she said since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator you don’t have to worry about the noise. I get assigned a room on the second floor at the north end of the hotel right next to the interstate- so I turn on the AC to drown out the noise. It’s old, dirty and squeaky. Also with bad knees and luggage. Seriously second floor? No other rooms are available but I can checked back the next day and move rooms. That’s a huge inconvenience. No thank you. This hotel seems like no one’s really cares about it or managing it. The customer service is disappointing, the hallways were never vacuumed during my week long stay, there was no service to the rooms so you have to hunt down a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper or walk down the hallway, flights of steps, down another hallway to the front desk. And good luck trying to find someone there. The front desk staff are seldom attending the front desk, and if a guest needs something they have to yell to the back room to get someone’s attention. The one gal was extremely rude on two different occasions as tho we were a bother to her. I spoke to Sean about this and he said he would add 20,000 points to my Marriott BonVoy account and apologized on her behalf. No points have yet been added. There’s no working elevator, there’s no shuttle or restaurants within walking distance and their bistro has very limited hours so there are no options for meals unless you pay for an Uber or Lyft - which are expensive in the Lakewood area. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, basically they’ve installed new carpet and drapes. I had to switch rooms because of the old, noisy AC unit in my first room, the rooms remain dark with minimal lighting, no upgrade to the bathroom or fixtures except the tile floor. Not the quality or service a guest excepts of a Marriott hotel.

Il check-in è stato facile e veloce. La camera era bella ed estremamente pulita, questo è un vantaggio per me. Il personale è molto gentile ma soprattutto voglio ringraziare l'addetto alla manutenzione per avermi aiutato ad aprire la porta della mia stanza mentre le mie figlie erano nella stanza a dormire con il chiavistello sulla porta non riuscivo a farle svegliare e aprire la porta quindi ty manutenzione per il tuo aiuto su questo argomento. Adoro la piscina all'aperto! Sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui presto!!

Bello hotel, Yuja al livello superiore.

Quando sento Marriott, immediatamente penso che il lusso, anche se il lobby e l'ingresso presenti che quando entrate, almeno quella in cui ero rimasto era definitivamente datata. La stanza era un re standard sul lato piccolo, ma anche con l'appello più vecchio datato la stanza era la più pulita che abbia mai soggiornato per un po'. Le finestre erano difficili e c’era anche un buco visibile che lasciava in aria fredda aperta, che colpisce in modo significativo la stanza di getto, e grazie a Dio non mi piace dormire caldo e ho finito di correre i ventilatori di raffreddamento non caldo. I loro sono stati molto alti, così ogni dormiente avrebbe un po’ di difficoltà a dormire; il letto era morbido e semi confortevole, e correva sul piccolo per essere un re, e io sono andato a dormire sulle ragazze che si sono sentite più grandi. In generale, se si può ottenere sul lato più basso prezzo il suo ok ma più di un giorno o due tipi non una settimana tipo di soggiorno.
