I had an amazing stay at Peppers, which is located so close to the lake—it's incredibly convenient! The location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The highlight of our stay, however, was the fantastic staff. A special shout-out to Aggie Sami, who went above and beyond to assist us. We accidentally left some of our belongings at the hotel, and Aggie was kind enough to arrange delivery all the way to Queenstown for us. Their helpfulness and attention to detail really made our experience memorable. Highly recommend staying here for both the location and exceptional service!

Lake tekapo is just behind the hotel. Very convenient for you walk to the lake. The room is good for 2 peoples. Heater really useful because lake tekapo temperature is quite low and cold. Front desk customer service also quite friendly and helpful. They try arrange the room side by side each for my friends and us. We had a ground floor, so that we do not need to carry luggage go up the staircase

Perfect place to stay! Only steps away from the Good Shepherd church and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Steve the owner is easy going, super nice and helpful if you have any questions. I stayed in the honeymoon suite, the place is simple but it was very comfortable, fully equipped if you plan on making a few meals and very quiet. I loved waking up the the birds singing. I enjoyed my stay at the cottage. The only thing I missed was that I couldn't set up Netflix on the TV, even on vacation i like a good movie in the evening.

This place has everything you would ever want! The kitchen is overstocked with every cooking need that a regular home has. It has a garage for your car, a washer & dryer in your apartment, a cute fireplace, books, King bed with ensuite, a second bedroom with 2 single beds plus another bathroom. There are added touches, like slippers on your bed, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, olive oil. It's close to the lake and in a very quiet area. Loved this place!!

The lodge is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake and a short walk to town. The room was spacious and airy with large glass doors filling the room with light. There was space to sit outside to enjoy the view. The room was spotless and well equipped. There was a large bathroom. A suggestion would be to have bulk toiletries rather than the waste of little plastic bottles. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Questo è un posto per stare in un posto molto bello, ho avuto la camera con un bagno privato e tutto è stato abbastanza confortevole per le due notti che ho soggiornato. Il parcheggio è piccolo e piuttosto inquietante, quindi ho parcheggiato sulla strada residenziale che non era problema a nessuno e molti parcheggi sicuri disponibili. Le strutture sono ben mantenute e tutti gli altri ospiti sono stati molto rispettabili e si è molto tranquilli fino alle 10 p.m. Non ho visto nessun personale - le chiavi sono state lasciate in un bustato in una zona di check-in, con una mappa chiara di dove si trova la vostra stanza - ha funzionato molto bene e non c'è problema. E' solo una breve passeggiata al lago, quindi questo alloggio è un grande valore per i soldi. Quando sono arrivato, la stanza era molto calda dal sole, quindi il giorno dopo ho tenuto le tende chiuse, perché non c'era nessun cone d'aria, e questo ha certamente aiutato a mantenerla fredda.

This is a cute little boutique hotel situated near to Lake Tekapo and 15 mins drive to Mount John. It is good location as it is very near to the city centre where many shops, restaurants and a big supermarket are located. The service of this hotel is tip top and they serve breakfast to your room on a daily basis so we can eat while enjoying the lake view . Breakfast is great as well and I would like to give special comment about this hotel staff (Yvonne) who is very helpful and friendly and made good recommendation where to visit around Lake Tekapo. The room although not too big but it has a starlight which we can gaze the stars from the bed, it is quite interesting (but the room has to be in complete darkness). It is also near to the Church of the good shepherd and the view is so spectacular sitting just beside the lake.

Parcheggio vicino alla strada. Self Checkin quindi deve organizzare in anticipo per ottenere l’accesso alla porta. La stanza un po’ piccola ma le strutture in camera molto nuova. Check out sul punto come è la stagione di picco. I vestiti sono ancora molto bagnati dopo una rotta di cotone funzionante sul asciugacapelli.

Stayed here during our trip to New Zealand. This is an excellent b and b located above Tekapo with a superb view of the lake. The room was extremely comfortable offering all the facilities you could want. Breakfast was cooked to order and offered gluten free options. Our hosts Ann Maree and Sab were delightful ensuring we had all we required and giving us advice on what there was to do in the area. Definitely one of the best b and bs we have stayed at and highly recommend
