Unfortunately, I had an issue with the first room I reserved and was moved to another room to only have more issues with that room, too. The staff was amazing, very friendly and tried to correct the problems, but unfortunately these problems were too inconvenient for me to want to stay here again.

Great stay. There’s no place like lake havasu city. And this hotel does an outstanding job at making sure you feel comfortable,safe,and most of all welcomed

Staff was very friendly but The room was disgustingly dirty. Crusty blood on the blanket on the bed. Floor and shower had hair all over it. Walls also were very dirty with what I’m guessing was some kind of bodily fluids.

The staff that I interacted with were great. The cleanliness was so so. It looks much nicer in the pictures. Overall I was disappointed.

Fast, friendly check in. Nice cozy bed and linens. No perfum-y smell. Nice hot shower, lighted mirror, tv fine, internet good, remote worked. Heater was a tad loud but not too bad. Near restaurants bars and grocery.

The room was awful. The toilet clogged and my husband had to go and get a plunger to unclog it!!

They really needed to clean. The rooms looked like they had some updates and we weren’t expecting the Ritz but I wiped down the surfaces myself and they were filthy. There was a dried booger on one of the hand towels and stains on all the bedding, looked like someone used the curtains as a towel to wipe their dirty Cheeto fingers on (why are people such slobs?), and spatters of food or something on a couple of the walls. We stayed on the side that was right next to the road and it was loud with cars driving through all night. I may have finally fallen asleep but felt like I didn’t. I also understand they can’t do much about the road being there but perhaps upgrade the windows and door in the future so it limits some noise. We were supposed to stay three nights and only stayed one. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did refund us the two nights we didn’t stay. Plus the breakfast was good.
