Hotel con piscina a Lake Forest

雖然是老酒店，但是裏面看着很新，應當是翻新過不久。房間裏面，很寬敞，衛生間很大。前台服務生非常禮貌。酒店沒有餐食，但是幾十米外就有很多餐館。有的餐館註明早餐，都是西式的，沒有中餐。 從酒店走到影城十幾分鐘，有路標指示，很容易到達影城。但是從影城回酒店，要原路返回才行，否則容易迷路。去影城會進過一個中餐館～眉州東坡酒樓，很好吃。

I chose this property based on the location being convenient to places I need to go but I would not stay here again. The property is next to the freeway and busy roads. Each room comes with a small veranda but they're useless since it's too noisy to sit outside. I think only a few inner rooms facing the pool might be shielded from the road noise. I was first given a room that smelled like ashtray (despite the fact that I specifically requested a room that didn't have smoke odor when I made the reservation), next to a busy road and very loud automatic drive thru car wash. Bed was old and extremely soft and AC from adjacent rooms and road noises kept me up all night. I switched to a 'quieter' room from the second night which had a much better bed and did not have an odor but it was next to a busy road and closer to the freeway. Road noises, as well as the loud AC unit prevented me from getting good sleep. Breakfast was limited - scrambled eggs were very dry and had the texture of cardboard and coffee was so bad I ended up going to a local coffee shop every morning. Overall the rooms were clean and the staff friendly but slept poorly the entire stay. I expected a little more from this property given the rates I was charged but what I got was only slightly better than motel 6

Non restare qui. Dove comincio ...oh sì, dall'inizio. Hanno annunciato un ristorante in hotel per arrivare alle 8:00, abbiamo pensato che questo sarebbe stato il miglior posto per andare solo per risparmiare tempo. Dovrebbero aprirsi fino alle 10, ma quando siamo arrivati, era chiuso. A quanto pare, il cuoco non si è presentato quella notte, quindi non avevano scelta ...it non era mai aperto mentre eravamo lì. Poi c'era bisogno di ghiaccio ... camminato intorno all'hotel a tutti i 3 creatori di ghiaccio ... tutto rotto. Svegliarsi al mattino, stavo facendo caffè nella stanza ... i tazze K erano là ma NON CAFFEE MACHINA! Dovevano andare al desktop front e avevano mandato uno. Egli si è messo tutto a posto, ha guardato attraverso i K cup, non c'era caffè regolare. Torna al divano per trovare la K cup regolare, ma erano fuori. Ora la camera ... le mutandine sono state asciugate, erano troppo sottili, come in sottile come dormire su un biancheria.La porta del bagno non si sarebbe aperta, quindi non siamo riusciti a chiudere la porta quando usiamo il bagno. Ma la parte peggiore della porta del bagno era sconvolto! Se qualcuno si alzò a metà della notte per usare il bagno, tutti nella stanza si svegliarono a causa del rumore. Il punto brillante era il loro colazione e il loro colazione Joe. Era molto gentile e piacevole parlare con lui.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The front desk staff was friendly and check in quick and easy. The snacks were a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable and large enough to spread out a bit. Two large windows offered a lot of natural light and a view of the mountains. Bathroom was also clean with plenty of towels. Loved the hand soap in the bathroom- sometimes the bar soaps just get messy. We were there one evening when the social hour was offered. We had some wine and ate a light dinner. It wasn't fancy but the spaghetti, salad, and wine was a great way to wind down after a day of traveling. Breakfast had typical offerings and plenty of coffee. They were constantly checking and refilling as needed. The area the hotel was in was nice. My husband and I got a walk in and we found a park near by-if you're traveling with littles, they will love the play structure there. Unfortunately, we left a day early due to incoming severe weather; however, the staff was understanding and it was not a problem. They left us another treat bag at our door which was thoughtful. Overall, a great stay!

La seconda volta che vengo all'hotel, ogni volta che vengo a riposare, è molto conveniente, parcheggio gratuito, forza WiFi, colazione ricco, buon prezzo!Questa volta ho visto anche bellissimi fiori blu in vicinanza!

Molto nuovo hotel.A quel tempo, vedo che era sotto Hilton, era un hotel di stile familiare, molti turisti con bambini.Le strutture della stanza sono molto nuove e molto pulite.La stanza dell'ospite ha una piccola cucina aperta, può bruciare acqua e un grande frigorifero.Il letto è anche molto comodo, King size. Soprattutto l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è buono. La nostra stanza è in un'altra parte della strada ad alta velocità, ma il rumore della macchina fuori non è assolutamente ascoltato.La caffetteria per la colazione è anche buona, anche se non molto, ma tutto quello che viene fornito è delizioso, è solo il primo momento del stile di Xiaoxi. Siamo arrivati all'hotel di mattina. Una persona è arrivata al receptionist a quando è arrivata. Arriva presto, ma il personale del receptionist è pochi. Il bagaglio è stato portato al piano di sopra con la sua auto.L'hotel ha anche un parcheggio.La situazione complessiva dell'alloggio è buona e il prezzo è alto.Raccomandazione!

La stanza è buona per soddisfare le esigenze di viaggio individuali

Il personale era molto amichevole e considerato, ma non poteva compensare la povertà delle camere. Ho cambiato la stanza una volta, così la mia esperienza si basava su due camere. Ovunque (muovi, letti, carpette, finestre, tende, unità AC nella stanza, anche AC negli ascensori) era polvere e odore, i bagni avevano tinture e fusa, basso tetto, design strano stanza, piccola stanza, ecc. Non lo consiglierei.

Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.

We stayed one night for our son’s tournament close by. The location was great. We’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns and this wasn’t as good as most. The room was run down. The top of the door wasn’t on the hinges correctly so we had to slam the door to get it to close. The walls were very thin. You could hear every little noise from the rooms around and above you. I woke up to the person snoring in the next room. Breakfast was ok. The waffles were good. The eggs and sausage were cold despite being right at the start of breakfast.
