As soon as we got to our room after checking in, I laid down only to be woken with a bug crawling into my ear.

Needs a lot of maintenance work. Shower handle was loose, toilet paper holder was hanging on by a screw. Light above the bed was busted.

I don't know how it was rated 4.5 stars when it was actually a 1 star place. The room needed some repairs, the was dirty, the out side fireplace was inoperable, no really breakfasts offered, the lounge was closed and roped off. Last time that I ever stay at that hotel ever. Very disappointed with the place and the cost.

Somehow my reservation got cancelled (not by me) and the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful at check in while we sorted out the mistake. Otherwise, great location and nice hotel.

Room was absolutely FILTHY. A/C did not work properly. Room was hot, muggy, humid and smelled musty. Worst experience ever. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Carpet was dirty, sheetrock damaged above window. Noise from staff outside my door throughout the evening going into another room, bathtub didn't drain. On business with local sheriffs dept, they daid it was safe area, only reason i stayed. Was tired after long drive.

From the time we checked in to the shuttle service and housekeeping everyone was exceptionally amazing will definitely recommend

There were dead roaches in the bathroom. The air conditioner was non functional. The restaurant was closed due to construction. The night staff failed to answer repeated calls. It was just a terrible experience, especially for a Courtyard by Marriot.

Room was very dusty and dirty. Found candy wrappers on the side of bed. Mirrors were not clean. Had to ask for trash bags, toilet paper and clean towels because there is no room service unless you stay 7 nights. There was roaches in room crawling by the AC.
