Stayed here for two nights whilst traveling Italy, this place is absolutely fantastic, rooms are very modern very clean and the aircon is excellent, smart tv also n room and the pool area is absolutely amazing, owners are very nice people who are very helpful with anything that’s needed, small carpark across the street and there’s on street parking outside also, very nice property in general with stunning views of the city and sea

Top score 5 for this wonderful Hotel . The location is beautiful, away from the hustle of the town but overlooking the harbour and beautiful countryside and mountains Clean modern and set in beautiful garden The hotel owners took me under their wing when I was stranded in La Spezia , . Originally on a cruise but out a shaker as husband very unwell . They do more for me than the Cruise ship company ! Wonderful home made breakfast. If you are in La Spezia this is the accommodation to make your stay perfect !

The positives: - Magnificent view from the public terrace/pool area - Well maintained public terrace/pool area - Good air conditioning - Charming balcony The attention points: - Furniture in the room somewhat aged; no extra set of pillows; not the most comfortable mattress - No towels available at the pool and no possibility to get an extra set of regular towels - Terrible parking facilities in the narrow streets - Our room was published as sea view however the room itself has a view of the adjacent building and the mountains; only on the small (yet charming) balcony there’s a lateral sea view so quite misleading in the advertisement - When we arrived, works were going on on the terrace - Not the fault of the guest house yet when we arrived back at midnight another guest had parked his car in front of our parking space that we had paid for: it just underlines the problem with parking that could be notified better - At departure, no enquiry how was our stay: probably also because of the language barrier (no English whatsoever which is quite surprising at this day and age and when exploiting a guesthouse); there was a reference to the issue with the parking space yet more blaming the guest who did it (and other guests as apparently the guesthouse is receiving a lot of guests who allegedly have no manners) - All in all over priced for the experience

Disappointed because of false marketing. The pool was empty ( and will be closed for week. may, june 2022) No breakfast included ( which menas 15Euro per person extra). Difficult parking in a narrow and steep street. Small room wirh just a partial seeview. Owner speeks only Italian and does not understand what she does not want to hear. I would not recommend this palce at all. The only thing they want is money.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuit dans ce lieu qui n’est pas un hôtel !!!!(1125 euros !!)un Airbnb très propre et très bien rénové avec petite piscine 3x6m. Attention prix exorbitants au vue de la prestation . Petit déjeuners à ajouter ..18 euros pour du sucre /salé ,Pas de choix ,pas de buffet …tous les jours la même chose..des gâteaux très sucrés …pas d’œufs de proposé ….et un service d’une longueur ….inacceptable ..même le beurre vous devez le réclamer .La serveuse ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et est d’une mollesse …. Tous les français que nous avons croisés dans ce lieu ont eu le même sentiment…déception …beaucoup trop cher et surtout pas un hôtel comme *********** le vend . Attention pas de parking non plus …vous vous garez dans une rue très étroite …et si vous demandez à garer votre voiture à l’intérieur car il n’y a vraiment plus de place dans la rue ,vous avez la mauvaise surprise d’être facturé 25 euros la nuit !!! Bref une pompe à fric Effectivement le luxe chez eux est un rêve !
